“It’s a way fancier version of Kpot but for the same price. Decorations were chic and modern. Meat and seafood are high quality. Lunch is an amazing deal given that it’s $28/person for AYCE bbq, hot pot, and buffet. Did I mention the buffet had crab legs and crawfish? It was a lot of variety for food. Service was exceptional. Shout out to Andy for being so attentive, great with our kids, and making sure we had a good experience.

P.S. Drinks are included so to reiterate again, great deal.

Parking: There’s limited parking in front, but a lot of parking in the back. There’s a garage that you can park in for free.

Kid-friendliness: Kids under four are free! Lots of kid friendly food options. The fries are bomb.“

“The food was delicious, the owner and staff were very kind especially with our 13 month old who about 45 minutes in was getting very stubborn and wanted to walk around.

I would highly recommend the laksa, which was my favorite dish out of the 5 we ordered. The lamb satay came second. Ask for some extra sambal, it wasn’t too sweet but the perfect amount of spice!!“

“I had a delicious lunch at Eerkin's in Rockville today. My friend and I shared an eggplant salad, an order of manta dumplings stuffed with pumpkin, and an order of fried noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious. The portions were very generous. We enjoyed making our choice from the tea bar--one serving with a complimentary refill was plenty for two people. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking is convenient and free for the first two hours. Looking forward to a return trip!“

“Spices is always delicious. It’s one of our go-tos in the neighborhood and has literally never been a disappointment. When you have a spot like this, it’s not easy to remember to give them a review. It’s just such a part of our routine you forget how important online reviews are for restaurants.My personal favorites are their lychee martinis and crab wontons. The sushi is always fresh and delicious and the staff are always very kind.“

“New restaurant with new owner. First-time customer. Ordered their lunch special. I asked for fried rice. You can tell an excellent by the fried rice. Surprisingly, the fried rice was top tier. Excellent fried rice comes with each rice grain freely separated from each other. Bad ones are ones that clump together like clay, wet n oily. I had the lunch special sit in the container for at least an hour, but it was still free and not clumpy. The dish was tasty as well. A real surprise. Real value to add soup with $1. But the hot n sour soup was lacking ingredients and was too watery for me. Hope it gets to keep its excellent chef n quality. There is no good fried rice around here. This one is a gem.

“I just want to say how amazing Ms. Christine and her entire staff is at this particular location. I drive over an hour plus to have fresh, delicious food. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, the customer service is excellent. It’s all because of Ms. Christine. She makes sure you have an amazing time at her restaurant. She will make reservations for you and be sure food is piping hot and ready for you. Thank you so much for being amazing, Ms. Christine! This is a kid-friendly restaurant, but that doesn’t mean parents allow kids to run around and play when others are there to enjoy the experience as well.

One of the best chinese food I had in the USA so far. And it's halal. We had the friend rice with chicken, Mongolian beef and beef with broccoli. All of the 3 were phenomenal. All the halal Chinese food I had in the US was sub-par but this is an exception. Will definitely eat at this place again when in DC and highly recommend!

“First time here. Lunch special is a great deal and service is very friendly and nice. 50% off sushi on weekends I hear is very good and keeps the restaurant busy. Golden triangles are soft! Very nice visit. Hot tea is not complimentary but it was really good. Small little place but bathroom is clean, nice little find. Free 2 hour parking but I'm not sure which garage. Otherwise street parking which you need to pay for.“
