There were 5 customers inside when we went and we waited so long for our order to be taken. Then, our food took a while. It was really good, as were the drinks. “Been here twice, once was years ago pre-pandemic and it was fabulous. We said we should come back here more often but never did… then the pandemic messed everything up and we went travel nursing. Now we’re back in town again… AND ITS STILL AMAZING. I got a jalfrezi, and hubby got tikka masala. The medium felt like a true medium, not whitewashed. Service was lovely. This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation. We appreciate every visit, and when we leave, we feel like we have gained 5 pounds each (in a good way!). Looking forward to our next visit :) Thank you Mr. Amir and family!“

“We weren’t too sure on what to order here when we first arrived but we ordered quite a few dishes to share amongst our table. Everything came out hot and fresh. If we weren’t sure what something was, it was explained to us so we knew what we were ordering. The spices were really amazing and perfect along with the sauces too. I will definitely be coming back to order more. Missed taking pictures of some of the dishes because they smelled so good so we ended up eating before the first few pictures“

“I really like this place. I went to the one in Pennsylvania in July and went here Friday night to pick up food. I ordered the tandoori chicken pizza. Different I think something was missing for me. Next time I’m going to order the margherita pizza next time but the bowls are amazing and my mom loved the biryani rice bowl!! She said she really loved it.“

“I had an issue with my order from GrubHub that unfortunately led to me not receiving it but the manager called me two days later to let me know he was out for a couple days and was so sorry to hear about my troubles. He immediately offered to fix it and sent me the food I had been waiting on free of charge. He really made me feel better about the situation and like he cared. I have never had someone show me that level of concern for my issue. All my friends recommend this place, and I am happy to say that I do as well.“

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.“

“I am a pizza snob. I have had the best in Connecticut, NY and Chicago...Baltimore's has one other great pizzeria (which I will not name here) but this spot!?!?!? OMG. Indian Pizza was the hook that drew me in. The Indian food on the menu is fantastic, and then the Indian pizza? Its the best pizza in Baltimore and can hold its own with the best up north. Seriously. The staff is kind and its the perfect spot to order and pick up food. But yeah, the pizza here is as good as advertised if not better.“
