The sourdough crust on the pizzas are phenomenal — structurally strong enough to support the toppings without being floppy, nice taste, simultaneously crunchy and soft — a great middle ground. For the effort they’re putting in on the crust alone, it’s a 5-star pizza. However, I tried the supreme and the chicken and felt both could use some balancing when it comes to the flavors of the toppings. I’d buy again, yes, but not in a rush.

Alyssa is another fantastic worker and leader in the team. Always paying attention and focused on keeping everything in order and working efficiently. The whole team performs well. “I had the Fraisier cake at a party, the host said it came from a french bakery. I was ecstatic to find this is the bakery! I am generally not super into desserts with fruit as the main flavor profile, but let me tell you, eating this cake was a remarkable experience, a perfect combination of strawberries, cream and marzipan.
