“The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating, which is a huge plus for sure. The service is generally pretty quick during the mornings but can slow a bit during lunch rush and the early afternoon, though it does seem like they are a bit understaffed still as they opened pretty recently. “Cold spoon is the best coffee place in Sterling! The staff are friendly and warm, coffee and food is delicious and the atmosphere inside and out is just perfect! I have loved this place since before 2020 and I cannot rate it highly enough!!“

“It's wild to see that this place has anything less than a 5 star rating, I live about 45 minutes away and still bring my daughter as often as I can. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, and the ice cream has always been amazing albeit I do agree it's a little pricey, but that's what you get when the milk comes from the farm right behind the building and not from a corporation.My ONLY negative review about here is how muddy the the ground gets by the slides, alot of times we have to pass on playing.Parking: Gravel parking lot, numerous unmarked spaces.Kid-friendliness: The staff has been amazing and patient with my daughter (5yo) every time we've been in, offering tastes when she doesn't know what she wants, to always having a smile and actually talking to her like she's a person and asking her what she wants.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is gravel, front entrance has a double door that can be opened, everything is on 1 level.“

“If you like sweet and sour snack then this place is for you. I am in love with mangonada and it's the best one from all the mango nadas I ve ever had. Fresh mango and the way the assemble it. Finger linking. The girls at the sterling branch are so friendly and polite, they always greet ypu with a smile. There are lots of lovely things like chocolate covered strawberries, banana split, corn and their ice cream is too good. Highly recommended“

“Wow! First time actually visiting the store. So, white, bright and clean. So simple, just put your order in kiosk and tada, your cookies are ready. So efficient and fast. Sooooo delicious. So many flavors but you have to wait every week to taste the different flavors. $4 per cookie, yeah a bit expensive but so big and so worth it. All flavors are so unique and sweet and delicious.“

“Stopped by after dinner for some ice cream. It wasn't too busy, the service was quick and friendly. Ordered a single scoop of the peanut butter chocolate buckeye and it was pretty good! Didn't care for the hard Carmel swirls but it was thick and creamy. Good portion size. Plenty of outdoor seating and well lit.“

“A great little place to get your fill of dessert options and feed that sweet tooth. They have some great options here. Frozen custard, Italian ice, shakes, cookies, sundaes, coffee, espresso, and many other things to choose from. Including some of them mixed together. Like for me, my go to is the Gelatis, which is frozen custard and Italian ice layered in a cup. I especially like vanilla and watermelon. Every time I visit it's usually several young adults working there. Looks like they are always having a blast, but still take care of business when it's time to take orders and make items. I imagine based on the location, what's in the area, and the type of stuff they make/serve there, it is a fun place to work for a young person. I mean you have to imagine just about everyone walking in the place is in a great mood as they are about to get a great dessert or coffee. If for some reason you weren't in a good mood walking in the place, you certainly will have to be in a great mood walking out after tasting whatever you got. It really is more of a grab and go type place. There are a few small tables and chairs to sit at, but it's clearly not designed for sitting around and eating your desserts. But realistically, why would you? Right outside is nice seating area that is part of One Louden. Sort of a little park like area for kids to run around in and adults to sit and chill.“

“I, my kids had a wonderful experience at the sweetfrog store. The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was clean and inviting, and the frozen yogurt was delicious and refreshing. My kids especially liked the strawberry cheesecake flavor with fresh fruit and granola. “Arrived on an early Friday morning, it fairly busy. We placed our order of coffees, donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The order came out very quickly and we were on our way. This place was a wonderful breakfast since our hotel couldn’t follow through with a decent one. Will definitely go back if I am in the area.“
