“This was my second time ordering pickup from bbq chicken in Tysons, after being impressed with my previous experience. This time, my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. It was a Friday mid-afternoon, and the place was not busy at all.
However, this time the chicken was less crispy than before. Maybe they used too much sauce, but the batter was noticeably thinner than the first time, and slightly soggy. The chicken meat was cooked well, but I much preferred my first time's results.

I will give them another chance to match the crispiness of my first order.“

“Stayed at a local hotel and ordered from Door Dash. SECRET SPICY CHICKEN was great. Pretty much like General Tso's Chinese but a tad spicier. Large pieces of good quality chicken, even the medium order was too much for me. Pair it with steamed white rice, put the rice in the sauce. Very good.“

Waffle fries is very crispy and freshly made. Parking can be a bit difficult here, you might have to drive around to find street parking.“

Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. “The Olney store is clean and comfortable. I especially liked the way the manager, Brian, was observant when two staff members were being unprofessional. Even though they were off the clock, they were still in uniform eating in the dining area. He spoke discreetly with them because they were being loud. He also cleared my tray for me, which is uncommon these days in a fast food restaurant. I'd return to this location again and again. The food is fresh and so yummy!“

“This location without a doubt is the best Nandos location I've had the absolute pleasure of visiting during my time in DC. I visited DC over a year ago, and tried Nandos for the very first time and was absolutely blown away by the quality, affordability, and the options available, it was so good in fact, that my friends and I visited this location MULTIPLE times in a single weekend.

The atmosphere here is lovely, and everyone working here is friendly and genuinely cares about maintaining a well running and consistent establishment, the managers seem to be on duty and working just as much as every other employee and that is how it should be at a place like this in my mind.

I recently had the pleasure of returning to DC and was pleasantly surprised that this Nandos was just as good as I remembered it being a year ago, and I hope that it continues to be a staple of my DC visits in the future (we went more than once again and I have zero regrets). “I'm not a big fast foodie so it's hard for me to give this 5 stars. However, they have an efficient system that gets the drive thru line processed quickly despite the long lines. The chicken seems real although most things are fried. I wouldn't make it a habit, but it's not bad for the occasional treat.“

“Parking: The small parking lot in front of their business is also used by three other businesses. City laundromat, El Patron Bar and Restaurant, and Fanny's restaurant. It is best to come to the street at the corner where Fannie's restaurant is and pull around the back side of Fanny's restaurant. There is a large gravel parking lot behind Fanny's. It makes it a lot easier to get in and out with no stress or trouble.“
