I especially love that the decor is the same as I remember it in the early 90s - it's a classic. “First time at Marta's for the three of us. Tried three appetizers (sheep's milk ricotta with butter, octopus caciattore and the arancini milanese) and we all enjoyed them with a nice bottle of Ruvet Barbera d'Alba which was a perfect pairing to stand up to the richness of our entrees (Bronzini and honey glazed sea bass with a delightful caviar and lobster sauce). We will be back for sure! And next time we'll be sampling what looked like a wonderful collections of pasta!“

“I wish we found this place sooner!From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was family owned. We were greeted immediately and given time to check out the menu. The Tango was exactly as described and the sub roll was toasted perfectly. My SO destroyed her Adriano.To top it all off the chocolate mousse cake was incredibly smooth and delicious as well as the Lemoncello cake. No pics of the cake due to how amazing they were!Will absolutely be coming back to try more!“

“Pizza came out fast, staff was amazing, and the pizza was amazing! The brick oven cooked the pizza so fast, great crust and under carriage. The pepperoni is not your standard pepperoni, it is huge slices. A must try if you're in the area! Dave Portnoy would be impressed!“

“We LOVE these sandwiches! They also have frozen "take and bake" meals in the back and those have been super clutch in the past. I use their spaghetti sauce sometimes too because it's incredible. And the people in here are just awesome. Everyone is kind and welcoming. It's a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Like a little "small town" vibe in the heart of a big city. “This is the preferred Italian place for my wife and I, in all of the greater Baltimore area. It's a small and intimate atmosphere, the staff are great, and the food is amazing. You can absolutely tell it's all fresh and made in house.“

“La Tavola has been one of our favorite Italian restaurants for several years. We always considered it somewhat of a secret place, as it didn't get the visibility of some of the more well-known restaurants in Little Italy.  The menu was many of the Classics, but with their Venetian influence, there was a lot of great seafood dishes, such as fish baked in a puff pastry. Everything I had there was excellent when I came to the rest of this time it was different. There was some music playing, which I can describe Best as something Italian contemporary. I got the beef carpaccio as a starter, which is one of my favorites. The beef was fine, but there was very little of the great shredded Parmesan, few capers, and instead of a huge pile of arugula. I also had the mushroom ravioli as my main, it was good, but not special. I overheard conversations and I soon realized that the restaurant had been sold six months earlier. It was not a bad experience, but I have to be honest and say it wasn't the same. I hope the new owners figure it out.“

“I have rode past this place for years & I saw a reel about this place on instagram so I had to check Frank’s out for myself. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch cheese steak with fries and 6 wings fried xtra crispy. ?!!! You can taste this food was cooked with love. The sub roll was toasted to perfection and the sub was packed with tasty meat. The wings were crispy and seasoned well old bay. I grabbed my food to go and by the time I got home my food was still piping hot. I am definitely a returning customer and I hope you will be too.“

“Y’all this is THE PLACE! Where your bartender is your wine menu. Becca is our favorite and she always gives us a wine we love. We usually come here for some Italian wine but we finally ate here as well. We had the cheese ravioli and the drunken pasta special which was AMAZING (and only made once a year). “Tagliata has always been a special occasion spot for my family, and we celebrated my mom's 60th birthday there last night.Cat, our server, was so attentive and friendly. We were all very impressed with her knowledge of every dish on the menu and where each of the products came from. “This pizza is by far the most amazing in the area. They make everything homemade including the dough and sauce. They shred the cheese fresh. Fausto and Theresa always make you feel so at home and appreciated. This place is a gem and very family friendly.“

“We really like the pizza and salads from Angelino's. The one thing I don't like about this restaurant is that it is not accessible to anyone who cannot walk on steps. This is why I gave the atmosphere only 2 stars. I don't like to frequent businesses which are not accessible to all. So I only order from here very infrequently because of that.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly. Not accessible unless you can navigate stairs. No ramp. Has steps to enter.“

“Amazing food at very reasonable prices! I ordered the lasagna; my dinner companion ordered the risotto. Both were enormous and expertly prepared. Even though we were tucked into a small table by the kitchen, we were served promptly and attentively. A great spot for an excellent meal before an evening show or after a matinee. Super tasty and perfectly prepared. The mountain of fries were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. While the service was excellent and attentive, the kitchen was oddly slow. Not sure if that's normal or what. It was a Sunday evening (no holiday) and we were surprised at how busy they were. Again, don't know if that was normal or not that it affected the kitchen. Plenty of level parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Getting in and out shouldn't be a problem, but maneuvering inside could be tight in places.“

As someone who wants to eat healthy but doesn't have any cooking skills, John's Fit Meals has been a tremendous help in getting me in shape. I'm so glad I found a local business to support rather than going with one of the large national meal prep companies that just want your money. “Love the burrata bruschetta and the Caesar salad- one of the all time best Caesar’s, love their croutons. I try to get a new entree when I go and have never been disappointed but I especially love the boar bolognese. Have to finish with the Italian Kit Kat- if we’re too full, we order one to go. Service is usually excellent as most of the staff has been there a while and you can tell they really love the food. Has been and will continue to be one of my favorite places in the neighborhood/Baltimore.“

“My partner and I celebrated valentine's day here for dinner and we both loved it. The restaurant is incredibly cozy - almost as if you get to enjoy fine dining in the comfort of your own home. We ordered the mussels, burrata, carbonara & bolognese with a bottle of red wine and the tiramisu for dessert. We joked that you know the food is good when both of us are silent. We truly sat in silence occasionally nodding our heads and talking about how yummy everything was. We left warm and full, happy and hearty. Will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I live in TN and called and spoke with John about an odd request to order some Sour Beef and Dumplings to get to his 104 year old great grandfather, who lives on the eastern shore by Ocean City, where there are no places with good sour beef and dumplings. John was an absolute delight to speak with and he was absolutely happy to help us out. We made arrangements that when one of his family members or employees went out that way for any vacations, they would drop it off to the house for us. Several weeks had gone by, but one day I had received a phone call from John saying that he was going to the beach the following week and would still be happy to prepare the food and drop them off for us. We were so pleased that he remembered and that it was still something that he was willing to do for complete strangers. After that, everything went as planned and not only did he drop them off, but he went inside and showed him how to put it all together. My husband's great grandfather was surprised and so happy, and he loved his food! We will forever appreciate the work this man has done to help our family with this odd request. Thank you so much, John and crew!!“

“Thus establishment was 15 minutes from closing, it was obvious that the clean up had started, The chairs were up on the table for cleaning, The staff took the chairs down for us to be seated, and took our order and served me and my wife, We were visiting this area from NJ, We didn't know where else to go, but the Pizza Boli crew took care of us, And the food was very good.“

“Their pizza is 5/5 stars! I honestly think that this is the best pizza spot in Baltimore County. Their cheese pizza is a true New York style. The cheese and sauce are great. They have a nice little seating area in the restaurant. Whenever we eat in person it is quiet and the staff are very nice. I have also ordered takeout through DoorDash multiple times and it always arrived fresh. I highly recommend this place to other New York style pizza enthusiasts.“
