“We frequent Shipleys often, almost every weekend. The service has always been wonderful and we love the food. Today we show up, and they had a fryer that was down. We met the manager inside, and he proceeded to give us and all the people coming in the food that was left at no charge. Great service he didn’t even need to provide. We will definitely remain loyal customers!“

“The only remaining Bakery in Md. for real home made Baked Goods, not commercial chemical preservative filled crap like the big grocery stores do it. Stop in Stoltzfus Bakery at the Dutch Market in Laurel Md. Old fashioned Baked items of all kinds, at a great Market, Twenty minutes from B’More and DC, just a couple miles from 295 or 95 making it the easiest Md Farmers Market to get in and out of. On 198 across from the Laurel Horse Races. Talk to authentic Amish owners, Ben or Ike while you’re there. Cakes ,Pies, Quiches, Cupcakes ,Loaves, Cookies, Muffins, Whoopies, Fry Pies, Fresh Doughnuts, Custom cake decorating upon request and much much more. Plenty of parking and refreshments.“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts truly deserves every bit of a 5-star review! The staff here are absolutely incredible—consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly every single time I walk in. What really sets this location apart is the personal touch they bring to every visit. They actually remember my order, and more often than not, it’s already being prepared or ready by the time I get to the register. That level of attentiveness and care is so rare and makes my mornings that much better.
It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both their customer service and the overall experience. No matter how busy it gets, they always manage to keep a positive attitude and make everyone feel valued. This is hands-down one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to—super friendly, efficient, and always amazing!“

“This is the best DD in the area. We go out of our way to go here if we aren’t near it. They have never gotten our order wrong! ZERO TIMES ORDER WRONG! They are always pleasant, quick and so nice! I think he’s the manager, this morning he saw my 2 girls in the car and said his hellos and GAVE THEM A UNICORN CROWN! I told my girls that was a sign we were going to have a great day! 10 out of 10. Much better than Starbucks!“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.
The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.
Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.
All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?
Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“This location is The Spot! Always on point. Today tho, the person taking orders REFUSED to say good morning! Just, what's your order. 😐 so I subtracted a start. CS should never be forgotten. I repeated myself, good morning. Again, what's your order. Then the dude at the window NO greeting!!! The entire staff needs to be taught the IMPORTANCE of proper service. You ALWAYS say, hello and thank you.“
“The lady working today was so kind!!! I was hot and exhausted. I wanted a frozen coffee without all the sugar. She told me she could do just that. I was so appreciative!!! I’ve asked at other Dunkin’s in Florida and they said it wasn’t possible. So cheers to the impossible becoming possible!!!“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!
Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“This is my go-to on the way to work. They are quick, they are friendly and they never ever get my order wrong. Yes the line is ridiculous at times cause of the location. However, you can always pull up on the street and do the walk-up window.“
