I've had the pork belly tacos twice, the bo-khirria banh mi, and I just barely managed to make myself not order the pork belly tacos a third time so that I could try the oxtail pho tacos. Their pho was absolutely delicious - I liked it even more than the bo kho - and there was such a generous amount of oxtail in the tacos that I scooped part of it directly into the pho and just ate both dishes that way. Their meat is always so tender and well-seasoned. Their roti is perfect - so buttery and soft and flaky. It's worth every penny, and I'm always trying to convince people to try it. You won't regret it! I’ve ordered their steaks, wraps, mock tails, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches. You really can’t go wrong with the food here. One thing that they need to work on is the speed and sense of urgency when patrons have been waiting on orders. When it is packed just be prepared for items to come out slowly, for orders to arrive at staggering times or for orders to potentially be messed up. Orders have also been messed up consistently, with items missing or things not being served exactly as ordered or with accurate preferences. I came back the following day after receiving a messed up order last night. I called and spoke to the cashier and she recognized the mistake and said I could come back the following day. When I arrived, the man was insisting that my order was correct and I just didn’t like my burger. I know my order was incorrect because it was missing the specific sauce that I asked for on the burger. Please work on customer service and there needs to be quality control and for someone to double check orders for accuracy. I still love this place and will continue to support“
