I got the smoked wings, ribs, and collards. The meats has a nice REAL smoked flavor, seasoned to perfection, and the collards were on point. I look forward to trying more food items from the menu. “Usually the ribs are pretty good but sometimes the chicken is dry. It is hard to figure out when is a good time to visit.

The corn bread is really solid. I wish I knew the macros ob this. Also, it seems expensive at times.“

Their house pickled veggies added a really nice touch. The deviled eggs are not to be missed! Smoky, but not overbearingly so. The wife had the pastrami spiced portobello and was very impressed. Guys in the truck were super nice and very patient. They were out front of Baby Cat brewery in Kensington the day we went by. “I went there today for a nice lunch date and I requested to get all the food gluten free. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was gluten free on the menu and made sure to bring out the salads and explain which one was which. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the pargiyot skewer but was not personally a fan of the lam kebab flavor. When the waiter came over and asked how everything was, I told him everything was great. He saw I had not eaten the lamb and asked me about it. Im not a complainer so I said it just wasn’t my taste. Well, when we brought us the check, he only charged us for the pargiyot and comped the lamb! I am blown away by my experience at Al Ha’esh. Excellent customer service and food! 👍“

The buffet had a good variety of food, and we especially enjoyed being able to cook hot pot and grill meat at the table. The dessert selection was also quite large, which my children loved very much. We were new to the restaurant and the server took time to answer all our questions with great detail about the menu. Food came out fresh and piping hot. I had the build my own bowl option which was delicious and the portion fed me for two meals. Also sampled the empanadas which were also delicious. “I’ve ordered from them many times and every time the food is amazing. I’ll usually switch between the Caesar salad, a build your own bbq bowl, and the sausage tacos as my main dishes. All of which I love. Their fried pickles are usually pretty good though a little on the softer side and I just had the mozzarella sticks today and it came with a wing sauce that tasted, not just felt, spicy but not overpoweringly so. They were firm enough that I’m not choking on cheese but soft enough that it didn’t feel like I was biting into a cheese stick. They were some of the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had in a while. I will have to actually go in to the restaurant at some point instead of always ordering delivery. 😁“

“I decided to give this place a try this past weekend. I ordered the Swachos to-go, and they were absolutely outstanding. The cheese on top was delicious, some of the best I've had. I was only there a short time, but met some people who invited me to a nightclub. I'm glad I chose this place and highly recommend the Swachos. The only drawback was that it was hard to access, due to the extreme traffic of people in the area.“

We had to change dates due to Covid and the owners worked with us. Excellent customer service.We will be using them again!“

“I love this place! I've been here about five times now and it just keeps getting better. I always get just the basic AYCE for $27 and the meat is good for the price. The service is consistently good, and recently they added a make your own sauce bar, with a buffet of rice, noodles, fried rice, tons of vegetables and sides to choose from, as well as little cakes and ice cream included! Karaoke is always fun and the atmosphere is great.

Side note, they do validate parking but for 2 hours only. And they charge an additional $17 for food waste so be mindful of what you get. All in all, I recommend checking this place out!“

“I absolutely love the Ebony Inn!!!! This place if you haven't realized yet its a PG County, MD historic landmark. The management is soooo cool I really feel that can talk to them about anything. The frozen snowball drink (The Nose Bleed) is my favorite I call it "The Nose Bleed" idk y lol but this definately a nice spot and the girls are so sexy + professional. I will be back soon! One of my fav everyday spots. My only thing is the cover is $20 on special nights n I wanna spend that on drinks or the girls. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!!!!!! Thank you Ebony Inn<3
