“I feel so bad for the workers here.. I come to this location quite often and it's literally the same 2 people every time. Always bombarded with customers and Togo orders. They appear to be very overwhelmed ( that's if there's 2, most of the time it's just 1 person) and rightfully so! I hope this establishment is able to hire more people to lighten the load from their dedicated employees. 5 stars for on all fronts. God speed ✌️“

“First time at this Firehouse and it was a great example of going above and beyond for the guest. Ryana showed concern for the status of my order and educated me on how to order the most efficiently. She walked the food out to me since my hands were full with the drinks. She remembered my name from when I placed my order. She sets the bar for a leader in the food industry. The restaurant was clean and the staff were professional. She walked me through how to complete survey on the receipt but I lost the receipt but wanted to make sure I left feedback on this experience. Also the drink machine was not out of all its flavors and that is rare to fine. We will come back to this Firehouse.“

“The best blizzards in southern Maine are at the Saco DQ, love that they use whole M&M’s in their blizzards instead of being all chopped up. Also they give plenty of treats in the blizzards and aren’t skimpy like other DQ’s I have been to.“
