“You have to check out the Anchor! The food is excellent! We had the calamari as an appetizer: delicious! The dipping sauce was a bit sweet for me (I like spicy) but delicious nonetheless. Baked Haddock is awesome! Really fresh and served on top of creamy polenta cakes! Yummy! Excellent wine list! Views to die for! You must check it out!“

“Great location and food. Ample seating on dock, a few dedicated parking spots and also adjacent to free Port Clyde parking area. We had an excellent hot and toasty (buttery) lobster roll (mkt $30) and a super tender and lightly battered clam roll (mkt $26). Both come with chips and pickle. No alcohol served or allowed on the deck. Very happy with our experience! Good coffee shop right next door.“

“I was just there about 1.5 hours ago. Definitely family owned. Even got to play pool/billiards with the owner. If I lived in port Clyde id come very often. Very welcoming and friendly.“

“First visit was very enjoyable.
Food was very good. Our group of four had ribeyes, haddock Florentine, and salmon. All were very good. Casual environment felt very comfortable. Our server, Angela, did a great job and gave us a few chuckles along the way.“
