There are a lot of flavors offered by Gelato Fiasco and every time I've gone, the workers are always so nice, despite the busy environment they work in. There's always people in the store, but they move fast and offer good service. The seating inside is small, but there's also a ton of outdoor sitting area by the store and just around the corner (literally everywhere).“

“Last month our flight to Portland was delayed a considerable amount of time due to weather issues and it looked as though we would not be able to make our 5p.m. reservation. My daughter called from the tarmac in Boston where we were rerouted and refueled and explained the situation. The hostess, Susie, was very understanding and compassionate And said that even though our table was booked for another party a 7, we should come in and she would see what she could do. We got there late but Susie greeted us warmly and told us not to worry about being rushed that she had arranged things so no one would be inconvenienced. The atmosphere was warm and cozy; the food so very delicious and our waitperson, Anika, was the best. Atmosphere, impeccable service, food and warmth all rate 5 stars and another visit next time we are in Portland.“

“Went in today for the first time and food was amazing! Ordered a latte and the girl that took my order wasn’t the friendliest. I last minute decided I wanted a latte, and asked for it to be made with oatmilk she seemed annoyed and said it comes with oatmilk with an attitude. There is no info stating that the latte comes with oatmilk so not sure how I was supposed to know that. The guy who made my drink was extremely friendly and when my food order was ready the cooks were also super friendly! Great food and latte, will be back for sure!“

It was far from my typical, and I can appreciate that the coffee was of a good quality, but my experience would've been much more enjoyable if I could've been directed to flavors more suited to my palate. Buzz Coffee is a small basement coffee shop with rotating seasonal drinks.

Iced Matcha Lemonade ($5 for 24 oz) + Lavender Syrup ($0.65): This was better than most versions we've tried, though this type of drink has never quite hit the mark for us. The lemonade wasn't sour—more like a sparkling lemonade. The lavender added a nice sweetness that blended in without being overpowering.

S'mores Iced Latte ($6.50 for 24 oz + Oat Milk $0.75): One of the best s'mores iced lattes I've had. The espresso was strong and bold but not overwhelming, which I loved. Sweet but not overly sweet. The menu listed chocolate cold foam, but it tasted more like marshmallow to me. Overall, a well-balanced drink where all the flavors worked cohesively, yet you could still pick out each note. It helped me stay awake all day for the long 5-hour drive I had to do.“

“The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the kind of place you can settle into and actually relax. The drinks are excellent, but what made it even better was the service. On Friday afternoon, the girl working was so kind and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the drinks and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. And if you haven’t tried this place in the summer - YOU HAVE TO! Their outdoor patio feels like you’re transported to somewhere other than downtown Biddeford. “There's quite a line for this tiny little place. And the lines are either for good food or convenience.
I am happy to say that this place is both. I reallly enjoyed it.
They clearly use good beans, and the drinks are made fresh.
What made this enjoyable was the absolute flavor of chocolate liqueur. It made this drive through latte feel sophisticated and well crafted.
If I lived nearby, I'd made my way through the menu.“

“I wanted to recognize the awesome girls at Aroma Joe's Coffee who were working today. My vehicle was not working right so we couldn’t move much. I pulled in to the Aroma Joe’s - as it was the closest, safest spot & had to call AAA/Uber. The girls were so kind. They got us drinks and cookies while we waited for our Uber to arrive. My 4 year old daughter was so happy! It made the experience so much easier. Thank you ladies!!!!!“

“So it’s so difficult for me to right this because the staff here in scarborough are beyond fantastic and always have been and I am a loyal client who goes there every single day. What is really disappointing is I have complained about the extreme over growth of weeds around the sign, building, drive thru and coming through the patio that just looks terrible but also rubs up against your vehicle when driving thru the drive thru and when I complained before the weeds and messy landscaping was addressed but what upsetting and disappointing is that whom every is in charge of making sure this stuff is being tending sue does a terrible job and to be aesthetics and presence is everything and though I love the staff and I live in scarborough I hate driving thru this Starbucks because it truly looks trashy with the overgrowth and trash in visible site“

I’ve been to this Starbucks over 100 times and 90 percent of the time my drinks come out very good but other times I get these disgusting drinks for example one time I asked for 2 pumps of this apple fall syrup and the drink tasted like straight syrup. Sometimes there is also a bad chai to milk ratio sometimes to much chai sometimes to much milk same goes with refreshers the same drink is a different shade each time and all the workers have a different opinion on what light ice is other then that this Starbucks is pretty great.“

“Everyone here is so nice and helpful when it comes to suggestions. The cafe is cute with a great location. Whether you’re staying at the Lincoln hotel or just in the area, it’s a great stop! The coffee and pastries are great with tons of options. It is a little pricey, but that’s to be expected in a hotel. Highly recommend checking it out!“

The drive thru associate Sarah has one of the best customer service personalities I've seen in a long time. There is also another person in the drive thru that is the fastest talker I've ever heard. Maybe except the Micro Machines Commercial guy from the 80's-90's. Kind of impressive.“

“I frequent the Saco Starbucks and it never disappoints. Today was especially great! Chala provided such excellent and friendly support....even though I always complicate my order. She quickly provided me with exactly what I wanted....a hot, vanilla, protein, latte...skinny. Which is apparently not a real thing, but she made it so with a few work arounds. She delivered my food and beverage to my table and made sure I was happy with the drink. Very pleasant and helpful and made the experience great! Thank you so much.“

“Located on the ground floor of the Westin Harborview hotel, in Portland, this is the only alternative to the restaurant for a cup of coffee and a quick bit. Unfortunately, we found the hours were short, and it is not open every day. It is a small cafe, with no tables or chairs. You place your order, pay and get your coffee to go, The barista was very nice and did a good job preparing our coffees with care. There were two types of muffins and packaged coffee for sale, but that was it. No other choices for a quick bite, no sandwiches or other bakery goods.“
