“The food here NEVER disappoints, we’ve been a handful of times since moving to Bangor, but the bartender working tonight was so loud and obnoxious! She was yelling over the music (which wasn’t enough to warrant yelling) to chitchat with people dining at the bar. We could barely carry a conversation across the room, she was so disruptive. This is a small place, noise carries.

High marks because our actual server and food were great, but I’m pretty hesitant to come back simply due to the noise level.“

“Their lobster rolls are AMAZING, huge and delicious. Their French fries and coleslaw are the best. We got ours “to go”. Everything is packed separately: lobster meat in PINT-SIZED containers, coleslaw, French fries and two rolls (there’s more than enough lobster to fill two rolls). They deserve 10 stars, but 5 stars is the limit.“

“I stop in here while I was visiting my family back home. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was even better. I had the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie imperial stout along with a chicken burger with a blueberry sauce. The food and drink were fantastic and I even went back for another IPA. We were touring schools and were tired and exhausted and had no idea there was a hockey game. He took us outside to tell us about the area and offered several other spots to eat. But the most amazing thing was the personalized service from Brian, the manager - let me explain - After dinner we started the arduous"trek" down Rt. 9 back home to Eastport. It wasn't until Monday morning that I realized I had left my wallet there. To make a long story short, Brian went beyond "the call of duty" and sent my wallet back via Fed. Ex. on his day off ! Thank you Brian for helping an old lady assuage her worries - you' re a doll!“

“Nachos? More like not gonna order them again. Mostly vegetables, maybe 10 chips. Drinks? 8/10 pretty stiff drinks yum, however, old fashioned was watered down and tasted like fireball, not great. Entrees? Now that’s some bomb food would recommend to a friend.“
