“This is one of our favorite spots. We go back every trip. The view is A+. Nothing compares to sitting out on the deck, watching the boats while enjoying a drink.
The food is always great. The clam chowder is one of the bests on BBH. The bang bang shrimp and the Caesar with blackened haddock. Everything is fresh and consistently delicious.
What makes it even better is the people. Chloe, Katy and Lily are the BEST and make you feel right at home every single time. They’re a huge part of why we keep coming back.

“You have to check out the Anchor! The food is excellent! We had the calamari as an appetizer: delicious! The dipping sauce was a bit sweet for me (I like spicy) but delicious nonetheless. Baked Haddock is awesome! Really fresh and served on top of creamy polenta cakes! Yummy! Excellent wine list! Views to die for! You must check it out!“
“This restaurant, tucked into the Spruce Point Inn, was very good. Service was outstanding and the ambience was nice, though there was a strong musty smell to the room, probably from the thick carpet. The prices were higher than we usually pay but the food was worth the extra treat.“

“We had a great time camping at Boothbay Craft Brewery! Friday Brisket was a delicious meal.Staff and owners are friendly and helpful. Campsite was clean and quiet. We can’t wait to visit again!“
“My wife and I were at the lounge the last 2 nights. Great atmosphere, the bartender was extremely friendly. It was our second trip to Boothbay/Sunset Lounge. Or previous experience was the same. Great place to visit, the Harbor Inn is away from the restaurants, shops and bars, but it is only a footbridge away.
Parking: Stay at the harbor inn, you won't drive again until you are ready to leave. Everything is within walking distance.“

“This is the best restaurant breakfast we have had in some time (and we eat breakfast out often). The coffee is excellent, the biscuits as good as what I make at home and the eggs were done perfectly. We returned the next morning and had the French Toast stuffed with cream cheese and Maine wild blueberries and it also was excellent. The ambiance is pleasantly funky and the service is warm and efficient.“

“Was down in the Wiscasset area antiquing & decided to stop in to the Taste of Orient. Usually try to go there whenever we are down in the area. as usual we were very happy with the food, service . it was delicious & even had some to take home. The crab rangoons were delicious.
