“***Still our favorite - Jewel and Lindsey are awesome & the food gets better and better!
This is one of my families favorite restaurants in the area. We went out to dinner last night and Lindsey was our waitress... she was awesome. The atmosphere is nice - very cozy. The food was amazing! The other night - I started with a house salad, moved on to a haddock dish perfectly cooked with some parmesan with broccoli and mashed potato as sides. It was perfection! Then I finished with an apple tart and some ice cream... it couldn't have been any better!“
“We are lucky enough to dine here often through out the season. The owners are amazing, the food delicious & the staff is friendly! Tonight was a surprise birthday dinner. The owner sent out an amazing piece of chocolate cake w/ a candle, the staff sang Happy Birthday! This was above & beyond any expectation I had. I appreciate you & the staff! We will be back! “I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Carriage House this fall and WOW, it was such a great experience. The ambiance is fun and down to earth. Definitely not a stuffy, boring coastal restaurant. This place has plenty of character! If you want a unique venue that will still provide you with a professional, efficient, and friendly experience you can't go wrong with The Carriage House.“
“We were scheduled for a schooner ride and had a late lunch here. The schooner cruise was cancelled due to fog but our experience at the restaurant was so pleasant that we didn't mind. The food and drink was very good and our waiter, Andre, was attentive without being intrusive and made our experience quite pleasant. This place is quite close to Boothbay Harbor but not nearly as crowded. We will be back!“

“The food is great and staff very friendly. We visit the area yearly and this is my favorite place to go for breakfast. Fresh baked goods are so good, amazing views outside. Yes it gets busy but it's a great place to go and if it feels crowded give it a minute. Service is very quick and once everyone is seated it's just an amazing location.“

“My wife and I always come here when we are in Maine. The food is delicious and I love the corn beef hash as it is fresh and not that fake crap out of a can. Also, the owners responses to 1 star reviews (that they don’t deserve) are hilarious.“

“Loved this restaurant. Located in the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay Harbor, it’s a quaint, cozy casual restaurant. The food was incredible. We dined in several times and one night brought the food back to our room. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommended if you find yourself in Boothbay harbor!!!“
