“Out of all of the places in Kzoo, Blaze is the one I can consistently eat at without fear of dairy and wheat activated allergic reactions. Every time I've been, the employees have been kind and professional. My kids also love eating here!

“Always accurate and friendly. Taco Bell seems to be the only chain that has their sh*t together since the covid era. I work nights, so I use drive thrus after 11pm. There is always drama elsewhere..short staffed or cash only or one time I was hit with a, "online orders only". It's nice knowing that when I come here, and this goes for several other tacos bell locations, I can just pay for my food and go home without compromising in some way. “I come here way more than I should admit to. Multiple times a week. The staff at this particular location are always friendly, efficient, and all around do a great job. I have never had a bad experience coming here which is impressive considering how often that is. The consistent food quality and the people you employ keep me a "regular" customer. “I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. And if they did, I wouldn't have been bothered because of how great your interactions are with the crew.This place is pretty quick too. Great place to stop for lunch. I'll say this place is much better than the Taco Bell closest to my home.“

“I once knew someone who knows the real Taco Bob. I love their walking tacos. Sometimes I stop downtown in Kalamazoo and grab two because I'm greedy. I'm a simple guy with a complex perspective so I decided to go to the Taco Bob's in Portage. I wanted soft tacos instead of walking tacos... Let's just say I bit off more than I could chew because I've been addicted ever since! And now it's a FIGHT for my LIFE!! AND MY SANITY!! BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE A DECISION WHETHER I WANT SOFT TACOS OR IF I WANT WALKING TACOS.

Parking: Don't try to park on the brick street just park next to it or next to the library or go to a parking ramp nearby. I like the roof. Find an open space somewhere not too far and take a nice walk.“

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“Taco Bell’s can be hit or miss, but this specific location has always done a really good job with their food. It is always the closest to the advertised look out of all of the Taco Bell’s that are around this location. All of the food here is great, but if you have issues eating food like this, it is probably best to avoid the beans and the nacho cheese. Otherwise, this is the best location around.“

“Not really had a bad experience here, sometimes the food is a bit dry but it's not all the time. Or sometimes the burger or buns will be hard. But like i said overall good place to go considering the options around.

Parking: Not a huge parking lot but it's not small either.

“I have lived in Kalamazoo almost a year and every time I go to this location I get excellent customer service food is always fresh and hot. I will continue to go to this location and promote the positive encounters I have had with this location“

“I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell they're usually very quick and efficient and getting the orders done and the food is good. I have still yet to have a problem at this particular location but I don't anticipate one all the staff that I have met are extremely friendly and don't hesitate to get the job done they're good at what they do. “Listen, these reviews are a little rough but we did a blind taste test comparing Checkers' fries to the *other* place in town that has famous fries. The competitors cost, like, $8 more and in the taste test Checkers won. I mean, you can't argue with science. Also, their mozzarella sticks are the best you'll find.“

“I always enjoy getting and receiving food from this Taco Bell location and in particular their service that they provide being friendly and beyond that going the extra mile at least that was for me or my experience whenever I was a delivery driver that would regularly pick up orders and be in direct contact with these and they never were an issue and they always were willing to provide discounts to the pickup delivery drivers or drinks occasionally being offered for free from managers especially when it was late or very long wait times for the drivers and with customers that always was just an extra little perk but I appreciate Beyond the fact that their food is one of my go to for any late night or fast food craving choices that is for sure

Dietary restrictions: I'm actually uncertain or aware of this to provide a guide following answer to those that are not able or just do not enjoy these kinds of products or are not allowed to for other reasons such as religions Etc

Parking: I'm referring to the Sprinkle Road Taco Bell that is right off of the highway and you go over the bridge and through the roundabouts down past the Speedway on your way heading in the Gull Road direction the right side of the street you can't miss it.

Kid-friendliness: Besides not having a specific play place or location for kids to go and hang out and play and they have no discrimination or denying any kind of service to kids when they are in this restaurant from what I've observed at least

Wheelchair accessibility: I have never had an issue or location where I've seen anyone or any possible ramp that might not be eligible to enter or enter the building at least for that matter will not having the proper and reasonably accessible entrances for any sort of wheelchair and or disability to be able to properly and safely enter without any issue or problem occurring and of course once again this is all my opinion and this is not in fact a factual statement that I would put 100% faith in just to clarify :)“
