“Food is good. Only drawback is they got rid of paper menus. They want you to order on the kiosk only. I for one hate kiosk. It's not easy to use at all and takes way to long. It's extremely confusing and difficult. You can't alter your order on it like light condiments etc. At least a employee stayed and helped me through the entire process, but I can't see how this is helpful or cost effective. I won't be back only because of the kiosk..... it should be a choice not the only way.“

“So I've always loved this Blaze, and it's been one of my late pizza-calls... Buuuuut, as with any relationship...sometimes things can take a slight turn..and sometimes they can even go a bit....sour....and by things...I mean chicken 😬

So, Long story long, My partner and I each ordered a build your own salad, and idk... I'd like to think I'm not really the jealous type but when my salad arrived, it didn't take long to notice something definitely seemed, well.....a bit fishy. 🥴Don't get me wrong, I love a good traditional Caesar dressing made with anchovies, I'm also the opposite of picky...that said I don't like my chicken coming home late smelling like bad decisions.

anyhoodles, ALL this just to say that when I called and reported the situation, Shelby, the manager on duty, was SO very understanding and immediately (after confirming I wasn't just a dummy about the dressing) offered to make it right. My partner and I ended up having a great night with great food (sans anything chicken) and fell asleep content with a great (not fishy) taste in our mouths.

“I come here way more than I should admit to. Multiple times a week. The staff at this particular location are always friendly, efficient, and all around do a great job. I have never had a bad experience coming here which is impressive considering how often that is. The consistent food quality and the people you employ keep me a "regular" customer. “Taco Bell’s can be hit or miss, but this specific location has always done a really good job with their food. It is always the closest to the advertised look out of all of the Taco Bell’s that are around this location. All of the food here is great, but if you have issues eating food like this, it is probably best to avoid the beans and the nacho cheese. Otherwise, this is the best location around.“

“Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.“

So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I've ever seen from any Taco Bell I've been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. “truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“Not really had a bad experience here, sometimes the food is a bit dry but it's not all the time. Or sometimes the burger or buns will be hard. But like i said overall good place to go considering the options around.

Parking: Not a huge parking lot but it's not small either.

“I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. And if they did, I wouldn't have been bothered because of how great your interactions are with the crew.This place is pretty quick too. Great place to stop for lunch. I'll say this place is much better than the Taco Bell closest to my home.“
