“Maria is hands-down one of the best bartenders at Hub Stadium. She’s always on top of her game, remembers orders without missing a beat, and keeps the bar moving even on the busiest nights. She personally changes the kegs and still keeps everything running smoothly—no downtime, no complaints.

You can tell she works incredibly hard and probably goes through three kegs a night without breaking a sweat. Great attitude, great service, and she makes the whole experience better every time we’re there. If Maria’s behind the bar, you’re in good hands.“

“Love this restaurant! We travel from Windsor Ontario to eat here because of the great food and drink. However the best part of Troy Yard House is the staff. Namely Sara who works the bar. She is simply amazing. I marvel at how she commands the bar yet encages with each of her customers. We have been here several times and attend based on Sar's schedule. “We had a large group of ladies come in for dinner. It took us about an hour to get seated on a Saturday since they dont take reservations. We had a few bumps in the night but Brandon took great care of us. I believe he was the manager. Our appetizers were great (calamari and crab cake). The bread (or donut as we called it) was delicious!! Our entrees however were less than desirable. Pictured is my crab cake entree with a side of smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. The mac was terrible (unseasoned and the noodles were hard) 😢 I left the full side almost completely untouched on my plate. My friend's broccoli had a hair in it, which they promptly remade. Someone else's steak tasted like cinnamon as she described it and was tough for the cut of steak. The drinks were 10/10 (shout-out to the bartender). I had a lemon drop mojito *chef's kiss* And the creme brulee was delicious as well. Overall, I would return but simply for drinks and apps!“

“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

“We just held a baby shower in the enclosed outdoor Patio at the Troy location, January 18th. Was worried it would be cold since it was in the low 20s outside and windy, but it was wonderful. Staff was wonderful to work with from all the pre-planning with Jenna through the entire staff at the Troy Location. Servers were very attentive to all the guests. Manager worked with us on how and when we wanted the appetizers served, followed by lunch and then dessert. It was a great location for the shower. It was like having it in our own backyard but with service and none of the cleanup! The fireplace with the chairs by it was a great place to display prizes for the guests and a great place for the new mom and dad to open the gifts with everyone being able to see. It was easy to walk around and talk to everyone. We will definitely recommend to our friends for future events.“

“CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

“Awesome hot chicken restaurant. I only came here because I used to watch Houston Crosta's videos on Youtube. Didn't really like him but really just wanted to see what this place was like. It's really nicely decorated inside, nice atmosphere and everything. The employees were incredibly nice, and not in a forced way. I was worried because no one was in there at 1 PM. The sandwich I got impressed me. Probably legit one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I loved the seasoning, need to find out what's in it.

“From personal experience I don’t recommend working here, I don’t know how Margret has a job as a manager speaking from experience as well she’s so entitled until the owner comes in. Two of the managers I had no problem with they were very nice and understanding, But Margret was a nightmare in disguise I’m not the first to walk out because of her just in the past month we’ve lost 4 people not including me because of the way she treats, speaks, and acts towards people. I’m not one for bashing anybody but I don’t know how they let someone like her work and manage a good restaurant like this. We’ve had a couple of disagreements, but I’ll get to the point because I messed up an order while serving she tried to get me to pay for the food keep in mind this is my first mistake and I did pay for the food out of my tips but after the argument, I was told by two co-workers she took out her laptop and changed my schedule from 6 days to 3, which is now messing with my income. I'm a young man trying to save up for my schooling at the moment, so when I found this out and saw my schedule for next week I called her as anyone would do, she then declined my call and I texted her to call me we need to talk, she immediately texts back I’m busy and I’m questioning your tone? This is over text as well not a phone call. So at this point, I’m like what is her problem I wanna talk it out. So I went on to tell her about what I was told by my co-workers and my schedule which let’s be real 50-year-old women messing with 20 years old income over a disagreement is just absurd and honestly insane. I texted her what I was told and she responded with I think you need to take a step back and think about who you're talking to? So at this point, I’m mad because now it’s just a toxic conversation created by her Margret, I went on to say how she has made the work environment toxic and uncomfortable and that messing with my income is completely childish, and I had already told my other manager that if this continues I’m putting my two weeks in. So In general they knew I was leaving the company it was a toxic and uncomfortable environment not only for me but for everyone, Margret and her husband Luis act like they own the place, her husband is just a cook but that’s beside the point, everyone working there would say the same, one of the managers is about to quit because of the way Margret treats him I won’t say any other names because this is just about her how she made it such a toxic and uncomfortable environment. After I asked her how she would feel if someone was messing with her income, I didn’t get a response for hours to keep in mind they already knew I was gonna quit so she fired me before I could. After about 4 hours I get a text message towards the night saying it would be best if I didn’t come back and work a Rio on main and to be honest I felt relieved knowing I would never work for someone like that ever again. This was just one event I could go into another time when I was super sick, but we’re not because I don’t even really have time for this after I was let go I told her I hope she has a great life but I will be leaving a google review and yelp review about her. She ruined the environment, she messed with my income, she verbally assaulted me multiple times at work, and she verbally assaults another manager who is about to quit because she has made the environment so toxic for anyone she doesn’t agree with or anyone who doesn’t obey the craziest authority. I would understand paying for food if you messed up 7 orders but after my one mess up I couldn’t believe the way she treated me there and other servers and staff. So sadly to everyone looking to work here, I’m sorry but I suggest you look somewhere else until this manager is gone she’s a very toxic and childish human being, if only I could post some of the things she’s said. Thank you for reading and listening to what I went through here. Also, think twice before you let someone treat you like an undervalued human or garbage we all have a voice let it speak.“

“I recently hosted my second special event at the Somerset Inn, and once again, it was absolutely fabulous! I held my daughter’s wedding shower here two years ago, and just celebrated my other daughter’s baby shower last weekend. Both events were everything I hoped for and more. The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The buffet was unique and impressed all of our guests. The room setup was perfect, elegant, comfortable, and easy to decorate, which really allowed me to create the look and feel I wanted. Pam, our head server, provided excellent service with such warmth and professionalism. Dave, the manager, checked in several times to make sure everything ran smoothly, and Carrie, my banquet and catering manager was amazing to work with, attentive, organized, and so accommodating. From the ambience to the service to the food, everything was spectacular. I highly recommend the Somerset Inn for any type of event, they truly make every celebration feel special.“
