“I have been coming to this place for almost 15 years. It is takeout only so the place is very small but the decor is cute. My favorite dish of theirs is the Hunan Chicken. I am telling you, that dish is the most delicious Chinese food I have ever had. My favorite cheat meal ever. It is a breaded chicken dish with small red chiles, onions, and a sweet and spicy sauce. The chicken is great, but the sauce is what really sets this dish apart. I have tried many other Chinese food places with dishes that are advertised as sweet and spicy and nothing comes even close the Kam's recipe of Hunan Chicken sauce. If you like it really spicy, you can ask it for extra extra Spicy and they usually can accommodate that for you and make it noticeably spicier. The staff is friendly, and the prices are good. The only downside I can think of is that it is Cash-only. I love this place!“

“Love this restaurant. Have been coming here for 30 yrs. But please improve the way you deliver plum sauce/ hot mustard. The same open container with the same spoons should not be shared from table to table. We noticed after asking for plum sauce we received the condiments from the buffet that were then placed on the buffet after we were done with our meal (without changing the containers or spoons looking ready to be shared to the next table that requested). Quite disturbing.“

“Found this place on accident 2 days ago. We ordered takeout. We had the family meal for 5. There was so much food. It felt more like enough for 7 or 8. The quality was just as good. So today we came back and dined in. They were super busy but we very nice. The food took a little while to come out but it didn't feel like it was too long. Afterwards, the owner came over to apologize, which was nice but unnecessary. We totally recommend this location.“

“The food here is so good my co-workers and I literally count the days when they get back from vacation. From the curry beef noodle "laksa" to the chicken satay to the peanut pancakes, it reminds me of my mom's house in Malaysia. It really is that good. The atmosphere is a bit weird but expected from a hole in the wall spot. For the taste and money, I don't care if they put us in a basement, bring on the food!“

“This is the best food I've had in my 50 something years of eating Chinese food. When I first moved into my I ordered the chicken egg foo young. I opened the box and was in awe. This place actually has the chunks of chicken, so the egg foo young is not a flat patty by any means. Service is great here eating in or carry out. The ambiance is perfect. I get the Chicken Pad Thai noodle. Delicious..........They always get it right on!!“

“Their food is hands down the best Chineese food I have had. I have been going to this place for about a year and beyond impressed with the service and great food. I grew so tired of finding a good chineese restaurant and then a bad meal usually containing hard chicken I could not chew. This usually resulted in throwing most of it away. Not Chin's. Every meal has been perfectly prepared. They are a small family owned place that puts quality first.“

“I stopped in for Dim Sum on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm. Since this was too late for lunch and too early for dinner there were only two other people in the restaurant. We had 4 people with us and ordered a lot of dim sum. Everything was really good. The staff are very friendly. We will go back again for dim sum. Our favorites were deep fried squid, shrimp kau, shiu mai and beef baby ribs. “I've been to trizest many times, and it does not disappoint. I just found out about this place a couple months ago and I've been here already a few times. If you love spicy food, this is the place for you. The service is so kind. There are two employees that we always see when coming here, and they are always so nice and helpful. The food comes out so quick too and so fresh! The food comes out family style and the portions are excellent. We always have food to take home. The environment is quiet and never too busy when we come in. This restaurant is very different from the traditional Chinese restaurants. It has an authentic Sichuan style! My husband and I love coming here. Again, if you love spicy foods as well this is the place! The popcorn chicken is one of their popular foods and it's delicious! We haven't tried anything we didn't like yet!“

“I stop by Zhang's all the time. The managers are always kind and helpful. Their BBQ is made fresh daily, so I go earlier for the best selection. I always get a whole roast duck-- flavorful and crispy. It is clean and well kept inside, I recommend!“

“Absolutely the BEST Chicken Lomein I have ever had !! Not the normal packaged noodles, and a little chicken. IT WAS SO GOOD! This was my first time trying this place, as it came highly recommended by a good friend. I am so happy I tried it. Portion was huge. Very friendly people, which of course is rare anymore. “We stop here pretty regularly. No pictures today, because we were coming in from a school event and everyone was SUPER hungry. The nice thing about Wing Hing is that ee can get things that aren't on the menu. My wife and I were able to get beef and string beans as a combo meal. They don't even have beef and string beans on the menu. Our vegetarian can get a nice meal with steamed broccoli and a side if sweet and sour sauce for dipping and whatever. The food (4 meals) was ready in 20 minutes. Everything hot, fresh and delicious. Too much to eat in one meal, so leftovers HOORAY. REALLY... try the beef and string bean combo if you love string beans. It's awesome.“

“I have been going here for 34 years and their Almond Boneless Chicken is the best! Occasionally they get some tough chicken and it's very disappointing so I really suggest they think about a better chicken provider.Everything I have had there is so good. The egg rolls and wonton soup are delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone because there are so many people that have no idea what good Chinese food tastes like. Places they say are good are awful! The prices here are so reasonable and the service is always good. “I remember when my mother told me there were new ppl running the restaurant now... I was worried, as her first experience wasn't great...The food portions were different and she didn't enjoy her shrimp egg foo young. Fast forward to Christmas eve, we wanted to have Chinese for our family dinner. The restaurant I wanted to get food from said it was at least an hr wait, so that was a no go. I decided to give my old fave spot a try, and boy am I glad I did! My large order was only a 20-25 minute wait, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent! I miss the lady that was previously there, but the new young lady is just as awesome. She even helped me carry all the food to the car, and making sure I was safe. “Authentic place. No menu, no sides, no cards, cash only. If you're looking to walk in and get some delicious no frills food this is your place. The duck was fantastic and comes with a nice sauce on the side. It was about $20 for half a duck. Looking forward to trying so more things they offer. No for the faint of heart, they pull the full duck down and chop it up right in front of you. Don't mind the complaining reviews, this place is definitely more old school but worth the stop“

“SO good. Best general tsos I've ever had. The combo in enough for 2 people, the quart is enough for 3. Every time we've ordered take out it's been faster than expected. We have ordered large take out orders and they have gotten it all correct. Highly recommend!“

“Tried it for the first time first time earlier in the week and came back this weekend. I really like this place for American style Chinese food. Last time, my husband picked it up for me so I had no idea what it was like inside. I had kung pao shrimp which is always my go to when trying a new place. It was soo good. I asked for it extra spicy and it was everything I asked for. The portion was huge. I had it for a few meals. I also enjoyed the crab rangoon. There was a ton of filling. Today, my husband and I just wanted a quick bite so we split a vegetable fried rice and spring rolls. I asked if we could dine in since we were on the go. She said we would just order at the counter then she brought out plates and plastic utensils for us. The woman working was very nice. The rice was great! It was overflowing and had tons of vegetables. We also got some spring rolls. I personally think that they are homemade but I'm not for sure. My husband liked everything as well and he's pretty picky. This place is small. There's only about 5 tables and it's really more just a take out spot but we were just running errands so we ate it there today. I highly recommend checking it out. I feel like I found a hidden gem. Not sure how I just found this place this week when I have passed by it a million times.“

“Overall, it's amazing. The bathroom stalls are very private although the urinals have no separation. The food is an absolute masterpiece, they must have had Gordon Ramsay teaming up with Guy Fieri and Julia Child because it was brilliant. It has the best service I've ever had in a buffet and the atmosphere is impeccable. You should try the green tea ice cream, and the black peach boba tea. If i could give this infinite stars I would, I absolutely love this place.“

“I dined here when it was strictly Kung Fu Noodle House (previous owner). Today was my second time visiting but under new ownership and change of menu. Dim sum is offered all day along (which was my main reason for returning). There is also a large separate menu of very authentic Chinese dishes. For those familiar, they offer the amazingly delicious squirrel fish!! Saw another group order and it looked just as good as I've had at Trizest Chinese restaurant (another amazing restaurant you MUST try!) We only ordered Dim Sum today. We were more than happy and left full with leftovers. If you are familiar with Dim Sum fare, the selections are as expected. The shu mai was the best I've had. The stuffed bean curd was crisp and cooked perfectly. A new dim sum item I have never heard of before was the steamed walnut bun. You HAVE to try it. A unique and amazing dessert that goes perfectly with oolong tea (we were offered 3 different choices when ordering a pot of tea). If you like pecan pie, I bet you'll love this item. Pricing for dim sum plates is exactly as expected. Flavor, presentation, food temperature and serving size of all our orders ensured we will be frequent returning customers. Once word spreads, there is no question this restaurant will have every seat filled and a line waiting out the door. Most of the diners were Chinese (an excellent indicator of the food quality) and there was a constant stream of carry out orders happening. Manager/owner checked in on us along with other diners. Only appeared to be one server. One of the cooks even delivered some of our order. Hopefully that will change with more wait staff, especially as I foresee this establishment getting busy‼“

“A not so hidden gem. Finally some authentic Chinese food around here. Dishes come out lightning quick as per usual Chinese restaurant way. Piping hot. Fresh off the pan. Flavors are super close to what it should be. You can tell when the head chef is there vs when he's not. Love coming here for my comfort foods: hot and sour soup, mapo tofu, fish, yang chow fried rice, beef chow fun. Service is quick and polite. The seating option is pretty decent. The key point which I appreciate is THEY DONT JUDGE IF YOU ARE DINING BY YOURSELF. Particularly, they don't judge how much you order if you are a lone diner dining in. You know what I mean. You want that variety but you're by yourself. You want to order 3-4 entrees. Too many times you have a waitress tell you that's too much for one person. Well they don't do that here! Thank you!“

“I highly recommend Wongs garden. The staff is phenomenal, but I had the pleasure of knowing Lynn. Her cheerful attitude is extremely contagious and puts a smile on my face whenever I walk in.. I order food every other week and when I place my order, she already knows who’s putting the order in.. I really hope the new owners keep her on as she is the face of that restaurant in my opinion.. “Wow, what can I say. Best Asian food I’ve had in a long time. Peking duck was amazing, all of the various rolls I tried were great, exceptionally fresh. The drinks were also very well made, and tasted amazing, even the mocktails were very good, same amount of effort put into them as the normal cocktails. “What I like about Tokyo sushi is it's a fuss-free unpretentious experience. You can go have reasonably priced sushi that will not shock you. The ramen, however leaves a lot to be desired. But if you have no expectations and want an affordable place to have lunch, it works.“

They offer a large menu so there are many dishes I'd still like to try! Tonight I had their pan fried dumplings and they were very tasty but I wasn't a fan of the sauce that they came with. I also had their pan fried chicken with a lot of veggies, and it was ok. The sauce was blah, at least for me. I had to add a lot of chili oil to give it some flavor. Others may love it as it is, but I wasn't a huge fan. It might be because I ordered more of a Cantonese entree and I'm more of a Szechuan fan... The lady behind the counter was very nice and the place was clean. My food came out fairly quick as well and there's enough of the pan fried noodles for at least two meals. It's a no frills restaurant and most of their business is carryout.“

“Hunan Town is our family’s go-to place for Chinese food. We’ve been loyal customers for many, many years. Originally, Charles and Lily owned Hunan Garden at 10 Mile and Telegraph. We were crushed when the restaurant closed, but ecstatic to find the new location, renamed Hunan Town, on W. 12. Mile. The new place provides carry out service. The food is excellent, and the portions are super generous. Some of our favorite dishes are Deluxe Lo Mein, General Tso’s Shrimp, and Chicken Chow Mein. Catering and delivery services are also available.“

“I've been spit on in the lobby of Rikshaw house by homeless. There's maybe no roof? When it's raining outside, it'll rain on you inside, too. I still come back for the food.Here's the deal: Chinese food sucks at most places, you have to find what you like best and go there for only that thing.
