“This pizza was seriously impressive! The cheese was melted perfectly, and the vodka sauce added so much flavor to every bite. The crust had a beautiful roasted finish, topped with parmesan and a bright lemony vinaigrette that made the whole dish stand out. Everything came together so well, from the toppings to the balance of flavors. It’s the kind of pizza you keep thinking about after the meal. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.“

“Janel is an incredible Mixologist and Individual as a whole. Her creative vision from her art work, or her art and fresh, awe-aspiring, intrinsic cocktails she creates. The bar program alone is an experience no review could do justice, you’ll have to give yourself that pleasure. Don’t just take my word for it. The food, impressive design, indescribable ambience ~ EVERYTHING here is just so intentionally thought of and executed with clear passion. It’s a true gift to Ferndale’s community, and an incredible experience for even more. If you’re looking at this with consideration, consider it settled. “Great service and the food was delicious had a slim jim and a grilled hamberger with French fries. Our car broke down in there parking lot and the employees were so very helpful trying to help get it started before the tow truck came. We will definitely go back.“

It is still nice to visit and see the old dance floor, pool table and beautiful bar maid. People are friendly, you can go against some really good pool players, and if you like dancing come through. One minor draw back, they don't take debit or credit cards. Lol“

“We love HenriettaHaus!!! A perfect spot for a fabulous cocktail or a great beer! The pizza is always soo good and they have killer salads. On top of being a great hang for dinner they were gracious enough to donate to a fundraiser a group of mine was hosting at planet ant a few summers ago, which means they’re great generous people too!!! Cheers!!!“
“I planned ahead and made a reservation in advance on 12/3 for Thursday 12/18 at 745pm for 3 people at The Viridian Room. We specifically made this reservation through their Instagram/Resy. My two friends and I show up, and not only is the Viridian Room closed, but so is French Toast, despite their hours stating the close at 9pm. I tried calling to no avail, and ended up going to another Clawson bar, Local, instead. We were so excited to try this place and extremely disappointed we were not able to attend. Attached below is the confirmation of my reservation.
Edit 1/16/26: The manager had reached out to me via text and was kind and apologetic. She offered to reschedule the reservation and provide a free appetizer. My friends and I went back last night and had wonderful drinks and a snack! The bartenders were very kind and prompt. We will definitely go back. Thank you for making things right!“

“If you are contemplating where to dine…go here…you won’t be disappointed. Gabi and Gabriel are such gracious and hospitable owners of this diamond in the rough in hazel park. Service is 10/10. Their food…100/10. Their drinks are plentiful and their food is all authentic and homemade. Their Langos with garlic sauce is AMAZING…Honestly my wife and I have tried almost all of their staples (they also have rotating chef specials) and we have not found one thing that we don’t like. Their “from the woods” polenta is fantastic for vegetarians. There is something for everyone and once you go…you will keep going back for more.“

“Orange Peel Theory is hands-down one of the best summer drinks I’ve ever had. The blend of Holiday Spirit Epsilon Tequila with coconut, orange, and citrus is insanely smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of tropical and tangy. It’s like a beach vacation in a glass. I’d serve this at every campsite, tailgate, and backyard hang if I could—absolute 10/10!“
“The food is great but not halal. Service is on point and didn't miss a step. Seatting is first come first served. Can see about 14 small round tables not including the bar seats. The vibe is chill and is a great place for a low cost but high atmosphere date night. Not great on street parking so it's best to get here early if you wanna a spot.“

“Stopped in after golf as first time patrons and was pleasantly surprised. The service and food was excellent. We had the grouper fish tacos and the pork belly and both of us were very pleased. Drinks were also a bargain as we hit the happy hour!“

“We were instantly greeted and seated. Our server Robby was awesome. The entire staff was friendly. Chef Johnny is very talented and friendly. I love that he greets all guest and will even bring your food out himself. For starters we had the shrimp and crab cakes. They were crispy on the outside and melted in your mouth. The surprise with these was that there was whole shrimp inside. We loved it. The sauce on top was just the right amount. The salmon with saffron rice, coconut curry sauce and green apple slaw was the best salmon I've had in a while. The pairing was new for me but it worked. The salmon was juicy and perfectly cooked. When paired with everything on my plate it was like fireworks. Everything popped and was amazing. My husband had the beef strudel. Now he was thinking it was gonna be like a beef wellington but no. When he put his fork into the perfectly crispy flaky crust and into the most tender beef either of us have ever had, OMG. With the first bite all he could do was say "WOW"(sorry about how loud he was). The flavors of that plate were incredible. The blueberry cheesecake was the icing on the cake. It was perfect. Sweet but not too sweet and the smear of lemon sauce on the side elevated the flavors. The drinks. I had the rainforest and my husband had the Johnny Manhattan. When we saw how small the glasses were we were definitely worried. That feeling quickly faded with the first sip. The drinks may be small but they are strong and delicious. We had to pace ourselves with those. Overall, I give this place a 10/10 and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you to everyone there for a great time and for great service.“
“We went here for our friend's birthday, and it was fantastic! I had the French toast, and it was light and fluffy with delicious sweet cream!
One friend had the steak benny and really enjoyed it, while another got the southwest benny, but subbed the chorizo for carne asada. A couple toppings accidentally got left off, but our server was SO sweet and helpful, and got those for us right away!
Another friend got the Monte Cristo, which was also phenomenal. I snagged a bite, and I really loved the way they batter and fry the whole sandwich! The twisty fries it came with are also delicious!
I ordered an affogato as my beverage, and it was a very fun, fancy experience! It comes in a cute raised glass and you get to pour the shot yourself. It was delicious! I finished it before the food even arrived!

“Ashley was my bartender tonight and she killed it. She was extremely attentive despite having over 8 tables. As a manager I was extremely impressed with her attention to her menu and care for guests. Personable with everyone and took time to explain distilleries specific products. Amazing aesthetics. Great for pictures. Will be back. Especially if Ashley’s working.“

“My daughter and I enjoyed a Mothers Day lunch here together. The food was fresh and tasty. We shared a strawberry salad and hamburger. Kitchen kindly split the entrees for us in back.
