“Good food. Always great service. I had no idea there's a 3% up charge for using my debit card. There's nothing stating that and I was wondering why lunch for me and my daughter was 32.00 and that's the answer I was told for two subs and two fries. So if I return it will be cash only.“

“Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things:1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related.2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat.The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay.Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.

Parking: Shopping center so, lots of spaces.

When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. “Best sub place around! I'm sensitive to both gluten and dairy, but I would not consider myself highly sensitive since I don't have issues with cross contamination. That being said I have never had a problem after eating at this Tubby's. They have gluten free sub buns! Only sub shop I know that has them. And their website has an allergen chart so it's easy to figure out what you can and can't eat. At this location they always clean the grill and change gloves since they know I'm sensitive to dairy and gluten. The food is always good and it takes a little longer than fast food but is worth the couple extra minutes. Highly recommend eating here.“

We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.

“Unlike other Subways nearby that close at 9 PM, this location stays open till 10 PM, which was very convenient for me. The staffs were efficient and friendly.I was surprised to see they had received some poor reviews on Google because my experience was excellent.
