Great rewards program gives discounts and points often. The interior is fun but this store is a bit dark on the interior making it hard to read menus. Service is friendly and standard for service these days. Easy online ordering and pickup. Overall great if your looking for more American-styled Mexican food with punchy flavors.“

“Hi. I was looking online for a good sandwich place and got a corned beef sandwich today. The staff and overall experience was great! However, I've never seen such a highly rated sandwich place use processed cheese instead of actual swiss cheese. The meat was good although the portion seemed a bit light and the sandwich overall was excellent. I'll come back but won't ask for cheese on my sandwiches.“

They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “I have been to this brewery a handful of times and the beers just keep getting better and better. They have a full line up; lighter options, IPA’s, stouts, sours, etc. Every time I go, they have something better than the last time. Yesterday, I visited the brewery and I am in a straight leg brace and crutches after having knee surgery. James, the bartender, was very courteous and helpful, even going as far as bringing me over an extra padded chair to elevate my leg on without me asking. It’s hard to find great service like that anymore. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone.“

“We ate a late lunch today and weren’t wanting dinner really. So we decided to go out for dessert instead. We tried Shock Gelato for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was very nice. I held the door for a group of lady customers as I was entering and they were exiting. I heard them say, “I love this place.” A group of young people that came in behind me shortly after were speaking amongst themselves while we were waiting to be served. They were also taking about how much they love this place and how they were here at the Grand Opening or first day open. I knew I had made a good choice.

Kenny and Olivia were the servers and they did an excellent job taking care of the guests. The place was busier than I imagined a frozen dessert style restaurant would be on a late Sunday evening. Regardless everyone was served swiftly but with attention to detail. We had a group of seven and at least three groups of 5 or more came in behind us. I didn’t see one customer that was dissatisfied whatsoever.

There are so many flavors in the showcase. I wanted to try them all!!! I understand that they rotate the flavors too so perhaps next time will be a totally different experience. I can’t wait to come back and try some more. They do allow you to sample multiple flavors. I tried 3-4 before just placing my order. I don’t think that it’s possible to pick a bad flavor. I ordered the largest size so that I could get three flavors. All three were splendid. I’m already excited for my next visit.“

The food was amazing and the service was fast. we took our 14 year old there for dinner because they needed to see that there are safe, public spaces for them - and the awe and amazement in their eyes the whole time told me that we found our new "regular" spot. the music was fun, the service was spectacular, and the entire vibe was just lovely. and as a lighting nerd, they play with light beautifully, even during a routine dinner service. to the staff at Pronto - particularly Danny - thank you. as a mom trying to figure out how to best parent a child who isn't like me, you gave me immeasurable gifts last night. you gave my child hope for a future as an adult. we love the local youth programming available but it lacks a connection to adults who are thriving and living full, beautiful lives. seeing that in action was everything our kid needed and so much more. thank you.“

“I had a fantastic visit here recently and can’t recommend it enough.

From the moment you walk in, the location and decoration create such a welcoming vibe it’s stylish but felt remarkably quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated.

The service is where they truly shine. They clearly know what they’re doing here. We were looked after by a young man named Drew, who was incredibly kind and professional. His service was 'on-point' the entire time attentive without being intrusive.

As for the food, it was delicious. I ordered the pasta, and it was exactly what I was hoping for yummy, fresh, and they nailed the spice level perfectly. I also had the village salad, which was a great, fresh pairing.
