“A special day. A special night. Couldn't be better. Arranged by our son and daughter. The waiter did everything, except eat our food. The wines were a delight and the steak and salmon were prepared with artistry. He guided us with each entre and the salad was shared by us with dressing aside. Wine, was by the glass and was both red and white and light, semidry and elegant. Our perfect dinner ended the perfect evening. Thank you 220 Merrill for a wonderful 50th.“

“Right off of the paint creek trail, this gem has the most amazing burgers I have had the privilege of tasting in quite some time. The logistics of the building is kind of tricky and their parking is not the greatest if you come by car. I would advise that you park down the street and take a short walk for better parking.“

“Great location, easy to find. Stopped in early on a weeknight. Not much going on, but the bartender was friendly enough, the beer was cold, the counter was clean and the few other customers were all friendly and enjoying themselves.

That was not the case , we had our food in like 10 minutes! I sat at the bar and watched her do the job of about 3-4 people the rest of the night! She’s amazing! “Over 25 crowd (most patrons were 40s +). There is a $15 minimum to use a card so if you're just having 1 drink, bring cash. No cover. Pool tables and bar. I was told they no longer sell food at this Bar & Grill but I didn't confirm if the kitchen closes very early, is temporarily closed or closed indefinitely. There is outdoor space and also a food truck up the alley behind the businesses on Grand River. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. It's not huge but there was a perfect number of people to enjoy yourself and not be crowded with people breathing COVID unknowingly. Old school music with some hustle tracks thrown in. I would go back.“

“I've always had a good time here the handful of times that I've been. Bartenders are always great and the vibe was chill with an array of different characters. Very easy to lay low and keep to yourself but also any time that I've mingled with other patrons they've always been pretty cool. Nice big parking lot right off the service drive, which comes in handy if you don't feel like doing downtown Ferndale. Perfect walkable neighborhood joint if you live near 75 and 9 mile. I've never experienced it being too crowded and there's a solid pool table in the back. Also did my first karoake there and had a blast.“

“I took my two son’s here today. My youngest has autism and others’ kindly describe him as “a handful.” Accurate. The server comes over and asks for our drinks. She brings them back and my son just throws the cup across the aisle. And then laughs. Autism is super fun like that. Lauren (the server) was super nice about the mess. Another female server cleaned up the milk. They were both very understanding and it helped so much - probably more than they realize! I tipped them both but I hope a manager sees this, because, they are awesome employees!! You’re lucky to have them!“

“There were a lot of things I loved about this place. First off, I love a good grill & bar when I see one. The server we got (I didn't catch his name) was super nice and friendly. He was eccentric in a way that he cracked jokes with my party. The dirty soda options offer some fun flavors. I got the tropical Red Bull dirty soda (I don't remember what else it had), and it tasted incredible

I had the fan-favorite Rodeo Burger, and I can see why it's a fan-favorite. The burger was so flavorful and juicy. It also comes with a cheese sauce that was so heavenly. The truffle fries were unbelievable. They had such a great flavor to them that I couldn't get enough!

I heard good things about this place before, and it did not disappoint. I truly recommend checking this restaurant out, even if it's just for lunch“

“I went to Time Out on a Friday night around midnight in search of some late night grub. It seemed as if this was the only place open in Waterford! I tried the chicken fingers and fries, and they were great! ?? You might say how hard can that be to cook? I've been to other places that it seemed like I told them to cook a dinner impossible. Anyway, the waitstaff was awesome and attentive, plenty of TV screens, there was a great dj spinning that night as well. About 30 people came in not too long after me and atmosphere livened up considerably. The Time Out is definitely a vibe! Oh yeah, I don't drink, but I can vouch for the Coca-Cola tasting good, too ?“

“Was there for a birthday party so we were in the back of the restaurant. But the service was yet fast and efficient. Our server Allison was super sweet and a wonderful help as we placed separate orders aside from what was already provided in the large party. It’s easy to complain about slow service and rude customer service. But Allison went above and beyond in her kindness to us and it’s certainly worth mentioning! She had another young lady working alongside her (can’t remember her name, but she wore glasses, mild in her temperament, and was very polite as well. Very sweet girl!) “Where do I even begin? The second we walked in the door, everyone was so wonderful! We took our twins out to celebrate their second birthday! Our waiter Nicholas was so kind and patient! He made sure our babies food was put in quickly and came out hot and fresh. (They were getting hangry. haha) Nicholas gave us some recommendations and they did not disappoint! 👏🏽 Everything we got was fresh, hot, and delicious, from the appetizer, to our meals, to the twins' meals. Even my mocktail was spot on! Their manager, Amanda, was who delivered our food. She was so sweet and cheerful!! She came back over later on to check on us and wish our babies a happy birthday! The entire restaurant was clean and well maintained. You can truly tell the staff enjoy their jobs. Nicholas and Amanda made sure we had a great first experience. My hubby and I have decided to come back, minus babies, and have a date night so we can further enjoy the extensive, and yummy looking, menu. 10/10 highly recommend.“

“Every time I've been in the Metro, I've gotten great service and the food was outstanding!! Even in carryout form, the food is excellent!! The next time I put together a big party, I'm thinking I'll be taking it to the Metro!! I only wish that they would make their cream of asparagus soup more often. “This place is FANTASTIC!!! The only issue I had was with other patrons. They were being loud talking about some washed up celebrity that used to be the host of the tonight show. They were having a great time laughing about all his misfortunes and something about a potato being used against him in traffic court.

Then some guy named Hamburger was bragging about being sued for $850,000 dollars. Now to me, that doesn’t seem like something I’d brag about but hey we all handle crisis in our own way.

Also, I think there must’ve been some Vikings fans there because they kept yellow SKOL! Every time the drank. Don’t they know this is Lion Country???

Anyways, met a cool guy named Producer Chris in the bathroom. We both were going number two and he had some squares to spare. So that was great!“

“This place is great for a quick bar bite, music and a strong drink. Lately the crowd has gotten a lot younger and the servers have changed. The server attitudes have changed and that's not a good thing. Their drinks are always strong, but there's a difference between strong and terrible and that's what we had the last time.
We brought this up to our server and she started to argue with us that the drinks here are always strong. We told her we've been coming here for over 15 years and always order the same drinks, but this one need a tweak. She was just combative and ignored us the rest of the night. This was different from the usual wait staff who are always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.“

“Was there with about 10 of my family members for a Buffalo Bills game ..... yes I know a Bills game in Detroit... We ordered darn near all of the appetizers and a chicken pizza during the game and they were great. Drinks were great. David ... who handles it all was awesome. I hope the changes they have made make this places succeed.“
