I just wanted to take a moment to share my great experience at your restaurant this past weekend.

I visited on Saturday evening and had a salad with chicken, and then came back Sunday morning for breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. You can really tell the chef knows what he’s doing.

The quality of the food and the overall experience were outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending your place to others.

“The atmosphere is nice & clean. The fries were amazing! Best I’ve had in a long time. I also had a chicken shawarma. It wasn’t remarkable. Not enough sauce to my liking but I enjoyed it.

My husband got the Philly cheesesteak bowl and he enjoyed it. The portions are satisfying. It was very filling.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“Update: I called the store the next day, and spoke with the main manager, Ann. She was really nice, apologized for the situation and offered immediate resolution. She rectified the situation by allowing me to redeem my coupon for the baklava. There was no back and forth on the phone, the situation was handled within the first 30 seconds of speaking to her. I’m surprised by the contest initially with the other assistant manager especially seeing the baklava was only $2.99. A small price for the satisfaction of frequent customer. Nonetheless, I’m changing my review based upon the great customer service I received from Ann.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Pita Way. I got a coupon for six pieces of baklava after my last order, but when I tried to redeem it, the store refused. The assistant manager was rude, dismissive, and made it seem like the problem was entirely on me. No effort to help, no concern for customer loyalty, nothing. I come here often, but this experience really changed how I feel about the place. The food may be good, but the leadership’s attitude is terrible.“

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! “I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

I’ll be back just for the pita not to shop at the mall! Chicken was marinated, very tender and juicy. Perfect amount of dressing. The Romain was fresh and crisp. French fries were almost like steak fries. Not overly greasy. Highly recommend checking this place out next time you’re shopping at the mall. Prices are typical.“
