They were really patient with us and explained all of their different menu options. My husband had the lettuce wrap and I had the braised beef bowl and both things were fantastic. They have times where they’re out of certain vegan options, but because they have so many you’re always guaranteed at least a few (if not a ton!) of choices. Have at least 3 vegan sides as well as chips! No spaces to sit inside so plan for this to be a takeaway spot.“

I can't complain about anything, the prices were fair. The sandwich was amazing, Italian sub for reference. And I ordered on doordash for pickup, it was ready within the 10 minute drive from my office. My order was easy to find and delivered with a smile. I will definitely be back.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “I've had Jersey Mike's a few times, but this was the first time at this location and it was amazing! The workers were quick, but not sloppy! It was so clean inside the building, I didn't go in the bathroom, I'm assuming they were clean too. The food was great, I loved it!!“

This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.
So with that experience; and lack of yumminess, plus ridiculous prices; I don't see myself returning. Sad, because I used to LoVe subway!“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

“Unlike other Subways nearby that close at 9 PM, this location stays open till 10 PM, which was very convenient for me. The staffs were efficient and friendly.I was surprised to see they had received some poor reviews on Google because my experience was excellent. Additionally, I appreciate that they don't charge extra for water cups and bags also providing all the utensils without asking for footlong cookies and salads.I'm giving them a five-star rating and highly recommend them!"

Our server, who was all by herself, really hustled and prepared our subs just the way we wanted them with ample portions of meat and condiments. We had the food to go, but would have felt comfortable eating there with the few tables and chairs they had set up. They appeared to be clean as was the floor. “Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things:1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related.2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat.The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay.Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.

Parking: Shopping center so, lots of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Unless your kid needs a leash they'll be fine here.
