“The team members where very polite and respectful in asking us what are sandwiches where to order. My two consisted of BMT and Black Ham, which where delicious to eat. The store was also very clean and tidy. The team members even took the time to marked the sandwiches.“

“I have been turned off to Subway for several years because many of their locations are dirty, have old looking ingredients or the staff is not using hygienic practices.

We swung by here on a whim today and this was the cleanest subway I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and the ingredients all looked very fresh. I was happy to see bins packed with clean knives since most subways use the same disgusting knives all days and wipe them off on the edge of the counter which is repulsive. This place was a breath of fresh air, happy to see a place taking cleanliness and quality seriously!“

Must give high praise to the 3 employees their tonight.
There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in.

The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service.

My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.“

Vegetarian options: They offer veggie patties, a soup with no meat and unlimited fresh vegetables on every sub

Dietary restrictions: Staff is willing to change gloves, tools or anything else to prevent cross contamination from meat to veggies, fish to anything, ECT.

Parking: It's in a grocery store complex so there's parking everywhere

“In Detroit for 2 nights and was looking for a spot to eat around my hotel - luckily I found Bucharest through Google Maps. The food was really good - I got the salad with chicken shawarma - the portion was insane! I didn’t take a picture but there was so much chicken (and I got the “small” size) It was really tasty and juicy and with the side of garlic sauce it really hit my cravings. The bartender (I sat at the bar) was super nice, friendly and awesome yet respectful and in general everyone out here seemed really welcoming. Prices were very fair and affordable (got 2 drinks as well)
Overall a very good and tasty experience and I’ll definitely come back here on my next visit to Detroit. Keep up the good work!“

“I have been placing large group orders of around 100 sandwiches for high school debate tournaments hosted at Wayne State for several years. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of the food we receive every time. I send the owner a fairly complicated spreadsheet, and he bags the sandwiches by school for me to make distribution much easier for me. Each order is marked and 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I place similar orders at different universities several times a year, and this is the ONLY place that is consistent and accurate. It's a true pleasure dealing with this location.“

“Everything got pretty expensive over the last 4 years. Can get better quality at Art & Jakes and elsewhere at a lower price. Regardless, had to order the pepper steak and cheese with double meat to make the sub half decent like it used to be back in the day.

I’m aware of the prices of purchasing meat has gone up, but when I tell you that your chicken trauma has more meat than any restaurant I have attended is so true I ordered my daughter the chicken bite salad. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I took my family here so they could enjoy the pool and water park for a day the price was decent and the staff was friendly but unfortunately the equipment was not well maintained several of the structures were broken when we visited and had caution tape around them to stop children from playing hopefully this will be updated soon as it does seem like a wonderful place for the community“

“We came here a few minutes prior to closing time.
The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.
