“Brie was very attentive and kind while we ate. Got the Avocado Ranch burger with the veggie patty instead and it was good. their hummus is a little bland but everything else was good. big selection of stuff to chose from and has something for just about anyone. Service was the best part of it tho“

“This weekend we visited Detroit Fleat to check out their brunch, and I have to say it’s one of the most family-friendly and pet-friendly restaurants we’ve been to all summer. The restaurant has ample space for strollers and high chairs. The outdoor patio and kid play area are a huge plus — it allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal while our daughter had fun.
Our server, Marissa, was excellent — a true 10/10. Her patience, service, and attention to detail made the experience even better.
For food, we ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Breakfast Nachos, Pancakes, and Mac and Cheese for our daughter. Everything was delicious — we’d give it all a 10/10, except the pancakes, which we’d rate a 7/10.
The ambiance was relaxed and laid-back, perfect for a weekend brunch. One small area for improvement is the host stand — when we first walked in, there was no greeter, and we only got seated after walking inside and being directed by staff behind the bar.
Overall, we loved the experience and especially the patio. We’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy more time outside with both family and friends.“

“"Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came!" Hambo is EXCELLENT all the way around! Great food, consistent customer service that makes you feel right at home, and the staff has been a real blessing to me, my husband, and our children! “The customer service is horrible. The food is nasty and they’re unsanitary. I found hair in both my sandwiches and they would not remake it nor give us a refund. The waitress argued and cussed at me! I’m outraged“

“Very popular restaurant and bar. We came on the weekend this time for brunch. Large menu with omelets, benedicts, french toasts. Regular menu has wings,sandwiches and ? .We got the wings and they(3)were large full and sticky. Our omelettes were good with plenty inside. The French toast too. My friend thought their benedict not their best and probably wouldn't get it again. Ask about gluten free or vegan. Betty get GF bread or bun please.
It was busy and the crowd was watching the game so it was fun. Tony U was our server and was on it. ?
Cocktails were pricey to me considering the size

“Wednesday nights after Choir Practice at the FERNDALE First United Methodist Church- Debbie David & RUBY! Love to go to The CORNER Restaurant & DetAXE to have food, drinks, and sing KARAOKE at the best venue in Fabulous FERNDALE! Marissa has the best group of Singers anywhere in the Detroit Metro Area. The food is amazing and the Bar is awesome too. Come hear me sing either at. The Church or at The CORNER!“

“You’ll always be happy with Papa’s. A mix between comfort American food and Coney Island. Great wraps, Pitas, Gyros, Salads and desserts. Their i house made KoolAid is amazing. Love their cookies n cream shake for dessert. I can say, we’ve never had a disappointing or wrong order from Papas.“

“I ordered a original Corned Beef sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, but they didn't toast the bread like I asked. It was soggy, so I just ate the inside. They always get it right when I order thru GrubHub, but who wants to pay $40 for a sandwich!“
