“Been here several times and it's always been fresh and friendly. Today they somehow upped their game though: we stopped by for a quick bite after running around and I ordered the wrong item (3 pc mixed instead of the strips). They fixed my mistake (not theirs) without even hesitation. Out of all the chicken options in Livonia, Lee's is at the top of our list. Great team that takes guest satisfaction personally.“

“Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“

“The Gentleman working told us we would be back once we mentioned it was our first time trying this place. He was ABSOLUTELY correct! The chicken was fantastic! Potatoes were amazing! Rolls were ok but not bad, will definitely try a different side. I would completely recommend this location over any other big chain like KFC, or Popeyes. The chicken was hot and oh so crispy and juicy! Found our new go to chicken place!

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“Almost a 5. Staff was friendly, but they overcooked the chicken a little bit. We kept checking to see if was ready, but they kept cooking it and sure enough it was little over cooked, a little dry. It wasn't horrible. So I'm giving it a try again and will see if it doesn't come out so dry the next time around. It's better than the one by 275 at Shell gas station and much cleaner. I'll never go back to the one by Shell gas on Eureka and 275.Edited: I went again and this time the shrimp was overcooked. The tenders were excellent, tender and juicy. But I like shrimp and was sorely disappointed with the shrimp it was dark and they didn't have any honey butter sauce. The best one I've been to was in Hillsdale Michigan, which was my first taste of the place. So all other locations now compare to that one, and unfortunately this one at Star liquor had subpar shrimp. I reduce my rating to a 3.5.“

“First I would like to say the food was freshly prepared in front of us & we had a bit of a wait, but for fresh food I will not complain about waiting!This was my first time here, the food looks nothing like the pictures, however it was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised!The chicken is juicy, possibly the juiciest chicken I’ve had considering all of the chicken places on every corner & the asked if I wanted lemon pepper in my chicken too(yesss!!) the original sauce really brings out the Cajun flavors in the chicken and they compliment each other perfectly.The honey biscuits were sitting under the lamp for a while and not dripping in butter like I expected, I would probably ask for extra drizzle next time, but still had a nice crust and fluffy inside.The place is a bit run down, not organized & seemingly unclean, but it’s a gas station too, and that didn’t bother me much since I’ve lived in the area forever. I will definitely return!“

“Awesome place, great service, great food. Being stuck next to the Marijuana dispensary and the liquor/gas station makes parking a mess and the lobby isn't very inviting. The guy running the place is super nice and answered all of my questions about types of fish and everything was delicious ? 9/10 would go again! “Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) is an upstart Liquor Store/Gas Station chicken restaurant. I had 2 pieces of fish and two thighs with 3 Jalapeño peppers. Delicious. This store sprinkles a lemon-pepper seasoning on the chicken as a topping. Filled my hunger and satisfied my capsaicin addiction. Chicken was hot, flavorful, and juicy. I've been to other KKC stores that haven't been as good with quality (possibly because of the time of day), but these guys had it right. Juicy flavorful meat, crunchy skin, and not bad for the price. 2 pieces of fish, 2 thighs, and 3 Jalapeño peppers for $13.60. Will go again.“

“I recently visited a fast-food restaurant and had a surprisingly pleasant experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Saif. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Despite the busy lunch rush, Saif remained attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and answering all my questions.
The food itself was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint—quick, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were served hot and well-prepared. While the menu doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, the overall quality was good for a fast-casual spot.
What really stood out, though, was Saif’s commitment to customer service. He checked in after I got my meal to make sure everything was to my liking, which you don’t often see in fast food. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the experience.
If you’re looking for a quick bite with great service, I’d recommend stopping by—and hopefully, you’ll get the chance to be served by Saif!“
