“I did my first ever mobile order today and I guess I just wasn’t paying attention or didn’t know how to use the app correctly, but I accidentally ordered a hot coffee instead of a cold one. When I showed up to pick up my order, I asked if the ladies could change it to an iced coffee instead, they were so nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time at all and just made me a new one. “This Dunkin' location is my preferred choice among the three in the area due to its consistently superior service. The staff is always attentive and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, unlike the Jenison location on Chicago Drive. This morning, due to travel constraints, I was forced to use the Chicago Drive location's drive-thru, which resulted in an unacceptable delay. I opted to pick up my online order inside, specifying a frozen coffee with four extra pumps of caramel. Instead, I received a vanilla bean Coolatta and encountered rudeness when I corrected the error. Furthermore, the extra caramel pumps were omitted. Consequently, I visited my preferred Byron Center location, where I was immediately greeted and, after explaining the situation, offered a complimentary correction with a sincere apology. This exemplifies exceptional customer service! Thank you again!“

“This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! “I travel regularly for work, and I’m a regular Starbucks drinker. That being said, I’ve visited a lot of different locations from coast to coast, this one is by far the best, here is why… I cycled between a few different orders, but they are always consistent and always good. Their facility is very clean (I propose it often as a meeting place with colleagues/friends). Most important, their staff is incredible. They’ve taken the time to remember me by name (I know it’s on the cup), and truly take the time to look me in the eye and ask me how I’m doing or what I did this weekend (not just one of the staff, all of them). I wish there was a way I could highlight this group further, because they’re truly an incredible staff.“
