They were having quite a night and were over seated for our reservation, but Sierra was fantastic and made sure we got our seats as fast as she could, and even came back to check on us several times and was very friendly. “My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. I had a stuffed sea bass entree which was delicious. Not the best I've ever had, but still very good. My wife had the fish and chips, which is lower brow for this restaurant, but she said it was outstanding. There was one odd thing that my wife pointed out. It was the bathrooms. She used the facilities and found that the hook to hang her purse or a coat on the door was so high she couldn't reach it. Just a heads up for you ladies out there. Overall a great dining experience.“

“Celebrated our anniversary there last night and it was such an amazing experience. Food and drinks were on point. Service was great. They heard it was an anniversary and gave us dessert with a cute little card signed by everyone. That little gesture was very sweet. Btw we had the terramisu( 😉 ) and it was divine. “My girlfriends and I met at Blue Water for dinner tonight. Our waiter named Will made our dinner so enjoyable and fun. Our dinner came out so fast and the food was delicious. We split a dessert that we all didn’t care for. The General Manager Sheena came over immediately and offered us to try something different. She brought us a new dessert. She was so sweet and personable.“

“This is authentic Louisiana boil. If you prefer fin to she'll they have the dish for you. You can make it hot or Not. They have crab in shell and everything is customizable. During the pandemic everything is served on leek proof containers and food is still hot when you get home. There is nothing fancy here served as out would be on the beach. They have generous portions for the price. This little place is a must try.“

“So for a place that doesn’t seem to advertise, a small spot thats attached to a grocery store, several other restaurants and in a neighborhood with many other options, I was glad to have stopped in. Service was friendly and quick, so many options but my group settled on several different options. Everything was delicious, rich, flavorful and what seems very fresh. This could be my new spot for Pho or a soup day meal. The rice and shrimp were cooked well. Great place to stop and try if you like Vietnamese.“

“I have been coming here for years. In my opinion, best Chinese food and prices on the west side of GR and Walker/Standale. I have never been unhappy with a meal here. Nice people too! The dining room is small and you eat out of styrofoam and plastic utensils, that's true. But this is mostly a take out place, not a true dine in place.“

Great food. Fresh veggies. Great prices. The filled buns are a freaking awesome meal by themselves but not on the menu.

English maybe worse than mine, but be patient and understanding. It's well worth the effort.

But I've ordered Chinese food from restaurants that cost twice as much, and tasted the same or worse. I was bummed that China Garden didn't have teriyaki chicken. But their BBQ chicken (I just like saying "chicken on a stick") is so crispy in a good way, that I want all my "chicken on a stick" to be like theirs!
