“Ordered a large cake over the phone yesterday, everything was confirmed but there was still a miscommunication between the store and I! When my husband got there to pick it up they were decently busy. The slip was written for next week, but they quickly got a cake together and designed it exactly how we asked. It was beautiful, pink and purple flowers and the writing was literally so pretty!!! Thank you to the Howell DQ staff, the cake was the icing on the cake for my birthday ;) always our favorite place to get a cake!!!“

“This is a complicated review. The food was great and the counter service was great. But a major problem is doing end of the night cleaning at 8:30 pm when they close at 11 pm. I love a clean restaurant, but I don’t love sitting down to eat my dinner and having the entire dining area undergoing a full cleaning, from sweeping the entire dining area to spraying chemicals and mopping. Close down a section, okay? But it's disgusting to be sweeping and kicking up everything on the floor into the air right next diners trying to enjoy their fresh, tasty dinner - spraying cleaning chemicals and mopping right next folks eating. We had to pack up our food and exit. This wasn't a little cleaning of a single table or section, they were going full out on the entire dining area, from front doors to the back wall, even closing and covering the trash recepticals which made putting your plates and silverware away a challenge. Maybe start that at 10:30pm/10:45pm, or wait until after the dining room is closed for the night. Wipe off tables and put fresh trash bags in the cans when needed, but end-of-night scrubbing of the dining area is ridiculous at 8:30 with customers coming in frequently. It's poor form. Nobody wants to eat with the barf-inducing stink of chemicals permeating the air and floor debris being kicked up from the front to back of the store.“

“Saturday, my sister & I drove 40 mins to this White Castle. The wait was longer than normal, but honestly it didnt matter. The two young guys inside were doing their best to do everything & they did it with smiles on their faces. Antonio waited on us and was very kind. He needs 100 gold stars! Good job guys! And the onion chips were hot and yummy! Worth the wait!“

“Years ago I stopped at Culver’s in Rockwall, Texas. Fell in love with the place. My wife and I are traveling this weekend and decided to stop for supper. As a former Dairyman I really appreciate places like Culver’s. The farm fresh idea is wonderful! At the Culver’s in Brighton, the staff were wonderful. Our food was the best!“

“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.

I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.“

“Best Panda Express I've been to! The staff are always friendly and fast. Great decorations, clean bathrooms, and an awesome mural when you first walk in. Loved the Chinese music playing when we got there. The new spicy orange chicken is so good and the super greens do not disappoint!“

“The restaurant is very clean and fairy small. The floor plan is open with no private dining areas. The menu is small but should offer an entree for most except for anyone allergic to lactose, nuts, seafood or shellfish. The staff warned me against eating there due to my allergies. I was very appreciative. My husband and grandson did dine in and loved their meals. Our 10 year-old grandson ate his fried price and orange chicken for 3 meals. They will definitely be back!“

Next time, full permission to not accept / cancel the order on JJ’s end and DoorDash would have notified us. Seems more like a restaurant to DoorDash issue that needs to be addressed or stop accepting door dash the last hour? Maybe try that route rather than ransom letter on a receipt. “Haven't been to this location, and was impressed with the service I had. Kasey was so sweet, and made one hell of a sandwich. Also thought it was cool that he wrapped my sandwich (which was toasted) in foil before wrapping it in the paper. Haven't seen anyone so that at a subway. Love that touch.“
