I had the steak & cheese sub with fries, both were delicious and fries were crispy My wife's Chipotle chicken & cheese wrap was overflowing with both chicken and cheese! absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back . I highly recommend this Cafe to everyone, you will not be disappointed!“

“Albasha Subs is hands down one of the best sandwich spots around! Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The bread is always soft and perfectly toasted, and they’re super generous with the fillings. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic sub or something with a Mediterranean twist, they’ve got something for everyone.

The staff is friendly and quick, and the place is always clean and welcoming. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. If you haven’t tried Albasha Subs yet, you’re missing out – it’s my go-to place whenever I’m craving a satisfying, tasty sandwich!

“Whenever I'm in Hamtramck I stop here for a veggie sub and they are one of the quicker subways as in on a lunch break it seems they under stand and move with an urgency. The sub will never be thrown together sloppy and it seems they don't try to skimp, meaning they stack my sib with plenty of veggies.

I luv ham, but usually it’s too salty for my taste and for my kidneys. But we had breakfast there today and the ham was absolutely perfect!! Super tasty, not salty, huge portions! - hand-carved from a whole ham right in front of you. Perfect eggs and good coffee, too. It’s a small place, as in like very small – just a row of swivel chairs set against your typical vintage (but clean and well-maintained) diner counter. Friendly folks behind the counter and friendly customers, too! Check it out sometime. And btw they sell ham bones for soup: $5 a bag! PS they only take cash. I'm definitely going back.“

“I came here for the first time to pick up a door dash order then gentleman was so warm and welcoming ! I told him I would return with my husband I love the food but more I love how happy the man that works here is his energy is so contagious! Oreo milkshakes are mine and my husbands favorite !“

“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. “The food is always good. But, on our last meal, I asked twice about the fact that no one took our base or gave us a number, so how we were we getting our food. I was assured we would. After waiting and watching others, who arrived after us, get their food, ours was finally found in a take out bag.

“A1 customer service to the guy I just annoyed on the phone. I went to call one restaurant and ended up calling this one because reasons ( I blame Google cus I am embarrassed). Thought I ordered one thing and got another. I thought he just didn't know the menu or made a mistake when he didn't know what I was talking about. “Just got back from getting a drive-thru order here. My mom and I used to get Tubby’s when I was a kid, and I haven’t had it since then. This was my first experience back in a long time!

The guy who took my order was super sweet and patient with me as I was ordering and answered my questions without any attitude or hesitation. Ended up getting us a couple of drinks, a cupcake, the ravioli, breaded mushrooms, cheese sticks, and the sub I always got as a kid- the taco sub with no tomatoes, added salsa and extra cheese. The BEST.

When I pulled around I missed the window (lmao) so I had to pull back. The woman at the window was also extremely sweet and helped me get everything I needed for my order.

Everything was in the bag, hot, fresh, and made extremely well. Each item came with its own dipping sauce, which were all in the bag along with napkins and utensils.

I took a bite of my sub and it tasted just like my childhood. Thank you to these two lovely people for such a good experience back! I’ll definitely be coming here to this location when I want Tubby’s again.“

“Every time I go here for lunch during work, I'm always greeted at the door by staff. They take my order in a timely fashion. They make the food right in front of you so you can see it being cooked. The food always get to you nice and hot and ready to eat. This location is my favorite one and I recommend going there any chance you get.“

“Order from 3/21/25. Ordered grilled lrg famous jumbo & seasoned fries. The subs were absolutely perfectly made!! Meat wasn't burnt or charred. Bread was fresh. Perfect amount of tubby dressing. The fries were fresh. Not burnt, overcooked, or old grease taste. Whoever was working btw 10:30-11:15, kudos!!“
