“If you complain about the drinks, try other ones. Their drinks are too good. I literally cannot choose which is my favorite out of five of them. Everyone is quiet, not obnoxious, and respectful. The service is great. They make sure to always greet you and say goodbye when you leave. They always inform you if your drink needs stirring. They always show gratitude towards tips, and this also helps the atmosphere feel cozy and warm. I love the music playing in the background and how sometimes they even take song requests. 10/10 for everything.“

“I’ve been to MANY Starbucks within my lifetime (lol), and this is by far my favorite. This store is always so fast and efficient. When you walk in, staff will always greet you, and when you leave they’ll tell you to have a great day. The coffee is always made right! I love this Starbucks!“

“Can’t say enough good thinks about this place. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado Sandwich and fries and it was amazing! My husband wanted a soup to go with it. They were all out of the Creamy Wild Mushroom soup and he was real disappointed. But when we went back inside to pick up our order they had made some fresh Mushroom soup for him. And it was better than amazing! What wonderful service! Definitely gained two loyal customers! Will definitely be back and you should go too! Thank you!“

“Can somebody please tell Lisa to keep her fingers out of the cups! She does it every time she's a cashier it drives me nuts! Get your fingers out of my drink! She went from touching the computer to wiping the sweat off of her forehead to touching the marker then she grabbed the cup by the rim and at least three of her fingers went in touching the inside of the cup, it was so gross! Besides that they make great coffee and are usually nice.“

“I just picked up 4 breakfast sandwiches for me and my son for breakfast. I asked for a couple packs of jelly. She told me 40 cent per pack So you mean, if you buy breakfast sandwiches, you can't get a couple of packs of jelly for free. 40 cent a piece for jelly. I purchased 4 breakfast sandwiches so I couldn't get jelly to go with my sandwiches.“

“I don’t know where to start. Everyone was so nice and create a wonderful atmosphere. The drink options are vast and they don’t disappoint. The Ruben panini was probably the best I’ve had. And the broccoli cheddar soup was lovely. I will definitely be back and will be bringing my friends and family. Ps. Shoutout to the customers that were there with us. They fit the vibe. “As a burger snob, I wasn't expecting much from this small, newly-opened place, but I was pleasantly surprised. They use Angus beef and put a very nice sear on the burger. Between the crispy sear and the grilled bun, there was some nice texture here. I would have preferred a burger grilled to medium or medium-rare, but I didn't ask so it came out well-done. At under $13 for a large burger, fries, coleslaw and a soda, this was a bargain.“

“The service is always good here. They upsell and get me a lot. Coffee isn't consistant, specialty drinks are never done the same. Just wish they made sure they were giving the same product, everytime. Ik kids work here, but they can get it, I just think some training on the new staff would be a wise investment. Sometimes I get annoyed, I have bought a coffee from this location, tasted it is, threw it out and drove to 19/Hayes to get it done right. I go here bc it's close to my house. I just wish that they were consistent. Sometimes, they are locked in and make it to spec, and others, I'm not sure if they even know what the drink is supposed to look like. OK rant over. This is my Ted talk for the day. Oh and the food is mid. Sometimes hot and sometimes not. Again, back to that consistency. OK now I'm done.“

“I come here every now and then when I am headed to the airport or down M53. Always fast service and friendly. I normally only come during holiday's for the limited edition coffees but have started coming regularly and will continue to do so!“
“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.“

“Food was very good same with fast service. Only issue I have is that you can not go inside witch I feel is a waste of the money they spent on the building.
Vegetarian options: Everything here is highly vegetarian (from what I know)
Dietary restrictions: Would be careful of milk it is used in many of the foods
Parking: It doesn't have a parking lot it has a drive-thru but it can take a long time to get though
Kid-friendliness: Partially kid friendly would be cautious of caffeine“

“So I was at your Kroger store as you can see and I scanned my app and my four transactions were not in my account. At 10:07 I spent 9.22 at 10.09 I spent 5:78. At 10:11 I spent 5:78. At 10:12 I spent 5:78 and I didn't get my amount of sales and I was supposed to buy four eggs bite's before 11 am and I didn't get my extra 90 stars . The service was great and I appreciate the people that waited on me but I need my stars . Being that you sent me a survey you seen that I was there.“

“Food and service are always great. You're just tired of coffee it's perfect but if you're planning to sit there and use your computer or do any sort of quiet time work, it's the inside of a Kroger so good luck with that.
