“Went for an early dinner corn chowder was PUKE IN A BOWL ordered fish and chips to my surprise Chef is using low quality Pollock for high quality Cod talked to mgr and she had few profanities and hung up phone I have been a Chef for many years and detected this right off the bat don’t let them steal your money on low quality products 2pc $1799 and 3 pcs $20.99 they were 2oz pcs of fish!!? I had bad experience a few years ago at Terry’s thought we would give it a try even after my wife strongly objected have to bow down to her SHE WAS RIGHT AGAIN???“

“My wife said the salad and Lasagna were exceptional. My Pork Chop was well prepared and tasty. However, the garlic mashed potatoes were terrible. Tasted like instant potatoes and watery. Wondering what went wrong.“

“We rolled up to a full house with guests waiting on their take out food. Somehow you knew it was food worthy waiting for. There was community amongst strangers in anticipation of being fed. The car ride home was plagued with the aroma of delicious food, making a 15 minute drive feel like an eternity. Once home, we grabbed forks and dug in like starved hostages. I briefly reminded myself to chew and savory the flavors and not just inhale the plate like a wild animal. Starving or not, the food was perfect! Broccoli to perfection, rice that soaked up the sauce, chicken juicy, salmon flaky and moist. Would order again!“

“What a lovely and beautifully decorated restaurant, on the water, in St. Clair Shores, MI. We loved the variety of meals available and each of them were wonderfully prepared! “I visited Chicken Delight for the first time yesterday evening around 7:30 PM, and I was thoroughly impressed. The chicken was exceptional—freshly prepared with perfectly golden-brown, crispy skin. The potatoes were delicious, and the coleslaw had just the right balance of flavors and texture. Even the rolls were soft and fresh, which really rounded out the meal. This experience definitely earned my return business, and I'll be coming back soon. (I hope they start selling honey as a condiment for the rolls and chicken.)“

“My husband and I drive trucks and we just drop off a load. We stumbled on this place by accident and so happy we did. Zack was absolutely phenomenal. I truly appreciate his service. The waitress Maria was absolutely sweet and yet beautiful inside and out. The food was great, but the customer service was even better. Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been too in along time with all around service. I pray that this business flourish. Zack and Maria deserves every good thing they hope and pray for. “Mediocre food at a hefty price. The filet I ordered was undercooked and due to being full from the clam chowder soup and bread, I didn't know until after I took it home. I fed the majority of it to my dog. The feedback I received from the owner was, "I bet the dog didn't complain." Suggestions: Train staff to have customers cut into their steak to make sure the temperature is accurate and cooked accordingly. (I regrettably should have done so anyways while I dined in) The owner definitely doesn't care about returning customers, but I will make sure to leave this review on multiple sites simply for the fact of how it was addressed with rude sarcasm. That in itself was more upsetting than the issue on hand. The owner is a bully and insults anyone who has a bad experience. I'll be contacting corporate to let them know after reading other reviews and experiences.“

“I use to live here and visited family recently and had to come here for chinese food! Their egg rolls are the best around with beansprouts inside and crispy outside. I like to use their in house hot mustard and plum sauce on the egg rolls no where else makes it like them. Aside from that my go to is the almond chicken and wonton soup.“

“It’s bothering how people make false claims they don’t sell biscuits never have they are friendly and the food is very good!! Attitude depends on you nobody gets paid enough to deal with other people mental health issues.. believe me they’re are some crazy disrespectful customers!! Secondly food is always on point“

“month later and I'm just getting around to writing this review. That should tell you how memorable the experience was. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday. We picked from one of the choices of limited menus for our large group. We were seated in the most beautiful location. Service was perfection my family is still talking about how good the food was. I will definitely be revisiting.“

“😋This was the first time that I have eaten at River Rat. The food was sooo delicious!! My husband Larry and I had the Chicken Breast Montreal, I had coleslaw, and Chicken Noodle soup, and he had mashed potatoes, and green beans with his. His brother Mike, had the baked Walleye. The rolls were sooo yummy!! Many thanks to our waitress Tayler! She was so nice, and kind, and onpoint!! I give this rating a 5 Star!! We shall be back!“
