“Food is delicious, takeout orders frequently wrong. This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.“

“Hands down the best bakery in town. Bert’s has been our go to bakery for the last 20+ years and was beyond ecstatic when they opened the Westnedge Ave location as it is closer to us as we drove from Three Rivers. Every time we order a cake we think it’s the most beautiful cake. This time is no different- but the photos doesn’t show it’s sparkle; Holly added a special glitter touch this time to celebrate our momma’s 70th birthday. Thank you to all the Bert Bakery ladies that have continued to bake and serve the community with great but absolutely beautiful treats.“

“I came in today with my sister’s family, including my 2 year old niece who has celiac’s disease. The waitress, Lizzy, took it very seriously and even brought out the food that was made in the allergen kitchen wearing gloves to reduce risk of cross contamination.

I can’t say how much we appreciate not only that AH has a special allergy kitchen but that their staff is also clearly trained and understands the severity of food issues like this. It’s hard to find places to eat that will go the extra mile but it means everything to my sister and brother in law that they know they can eat here safely. ❤ Also, everyone’s meal was delicious and the service was great 😊“
