“We decided to choose Bert’s to make our wedding cake, and we are so happy we did!!! Being gluten free, it can be difficult to find delicious options, so I was especially excited to find out that Bert’s offers gluten-free wedding cakes. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I were so happy with how everything turned out, and our guests loved the cake as well. We cannot recommend Bert’s enough for your wedding cake!!!“

“Food is delicious, takeout orders frequently wrong. This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.“

“My wife and I had dinner with our dear friends at Saffron this evening. Everything was so amazing - service, food, atmosphere, and community! We have lived in many states over the years and Saffron is the best Indian Cuisine we have ever had. Special thanks to the team at Saffron!! Be sure to experience one of Kalamazoo's finest!“

“I've eaten here before and I had no complaints about the food but Victor is the reason for my post. THANK YOU so much for your amazing attitude and lively personality. Coming in as a delivery driver and being greeted by you set the tone for my day. Continue to be a light!“

“Martell’s has a wide array of options, however I came here to highlight the mushroom soup. All I want is SOUP! 🤩 It’s neat that they utilize West Michigan Pasta & Provision’s in their pasta entrees, as this man is often at the farmers market - bonus points for emphasizing sustainable sourcing! 🧑🍳 Proud to support this long standing establishment. 🥰“

“Amy was lovely to work with for my wedding cake. She did such a beautiful job, gave me exactly what I was looking for in the design, and my guests loved it. It arrived right on time and everyone adored it! She made the whole process very easy on our end as well.“

“Yesterday my neighbor asked me to eat some pizza for dinner with her . I’m still new to Kalamazoo about 18 months. Came here after my divorce and have not been able to do much after having back to back foot surgeries instantly followed up shattering my arm in June and complications i July required more surgeries in July. Couple people recommended and she said this was her favorite. We ordered the all meat and price buster pizzas. . I do apologize I did not get a picture after I opened the box…… it smelled and looked picture perfect and I attacked it like I was 30 years younger and back in the Marines. WOW It tasted as good as it looked . The green olives on the price buster pizza added the Perfect amount of saltiness so many other places pizza are simply missing . Fresh ingredients and the dough made this pizza stand out among all the other places I have tried. You can tell with the quality and presentation they are passionate about what they do, and food made with love leaves you so much more satisfied and coming back for more. I cannot wait to their other creations they make“
