“I had the pleasure of meeting Reiss when I stopped to get a Sloppy Joe on Monday. When I was got in my car to leave my parking brake was stuck on and I had to get it towed. While I waited for two hours for them to arrive Reiss came out 3 different times to see if I needed anything. I truly appreciated his willingness to help he was so kind. He runs a great Dairy Queen, everyone that stopped was pleased with his service.“

“Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

Even when you didn’t have the spicy nuggets that I wanted, the employee Chase was super friendly and kind and explained why it was no longer an option. I don’t usually get friendly service like this on late night orders. It was refreshing after getting off of work late. “The people doing the drive thru orders were as friendly and social as possible. Even struck a little conversation with that at 11:30 at night coming home from a concert! Also, I asked a place to get gas with it being 11:30 at night. And the guy pointed me to the right direction. I hope corporate knows to give the staff a raise! Excellent customer service. “The burgers are really good but they have better options like the French fries which are known to be the best, and all the different milkshakes you are able to get all tasting good. The service was also good as they were pretty nice for a fast food chain.“

“This is a pretty good choice for a burger that's better than the usual suspects. I had a Supreme Burger and it was quite good. The lettuce was a nice crisp leaf of iceberg, the tomatoes were fresh, and I was surprised by the presence of a condiment I don't often see, in addition to the usual ketchup - some mustard, for zest. The burger was of a good size, and I felt like the amount of food was good. I also had the onion rings, which were more flavorful and aromatic than I expected for the price. Halo Burger is more common on my trips up north, which take me by Flint and Saginaw, so I was glad to see one open up in my own town, looking clean and modern. I will be back.“

“Went in with my family and I expecting just a normal Jersey Mike’s but this place was amazing. All the workers were super nice and at checkout they had a wheel you could spin for a free item, I got free mini cookies! Definitely my favorite Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to, totally recommended!“

“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??“

“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

“i came in for a quick snack and this store was spotless and the food came immediately. the tall guy working at the counter who was training someone today is clearly the soul of the store. I watched him cheerfully greet everyone that came in and he spent about 5 minutes kindly helping an elderly man figure out what he wanted and even showed him examples of the sizing. this review is honestly just for him because kindness and personality like that is few and far between :)“

“The staff, one woman and two gentleman, were absolutely amazing. It's been a very long time since I've witnessed customer service like this, and I say this as someone who worked in fine dining the last 7 years. They were unbelievably giving and warm to a customer ahead of me in line, willing to remake her order when she realized she might prefer a larger sub. In a situation where most restaurants would have maintained it was too late to switch, or allowed the change but been nasty and rude about it, the staff here was overwhelmingly accomodating. They made it very clear their singular objective was that customer's satisfaction. It made my experience richer to witness that kindness.

The food was good, I tried the Turkey club and the Firehouse Captains Club. Got double meat on both, and they absolutely delivered on that front. The sauces were a bit heavier than I'd like so I ended up having to eat one sandwich with a fork and knife lol. As far as sandwiches go, I definitely prefer Potbelly or Penn Station. But the service here is absolutely worth a visit!“

Employee then let me know they were out of lettuce which was fine, that they asked if that was ok shocked me as that rarely happens in fast food anymore. Waited a few minutes for the food which is way better than the half hour waits at every fast food restaurant. Food was good and hot. Store was clean and didnt have the usual fast food ambiance of sticky floors, dirty tables, and trash everywhere. It seems that the management and employees take pride in this restaurant.“
