“We have enjoyed Byrds Hot Chicken in Novi twice now - the first time for my son's birthday in February and today, just because! The food is consistent, hearty and delicious. I especially love the crunchy coating on the chicken. Yum! Although the menu is very simple, it works like a charm with several customizable options and it really seems to hit the spot. I find that the set up of this cafe-style restaurant is chic and perfect for a city like Novi. The choice of colors, textures, furniture and the overall ambiance are very tastefully coordinated. The owners, though, are really what stand out. They make an effort to provide excellent customer service, are very friendly and take time with each customer to make sure that their order is well placed and explained. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant was being well patronized when I stopped by to pick up my take out order this evening. Byrds Hot Chicken is a must try!“

“My family has been dining here for 4 generations now, and when my granddaughter is old enough, it will be 5. Growing up, Walts was my grandpa's favorite coney diner. “We visited here for the first time. We drive by all the time but the stories on the Interwebs drew us in. We ordered one of each, the Chicago Style and the Detroit style. The Chicago style was slightly better mostly because it had more of that delicious sauce. The pizzas were great, the atmosphere was great, the menu is huge, the beverage selection is crazy good.
