“We hosted our baby shower at D’Amato’s in December, and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. It’s such an amazing spot for a private, intimate event—we had around 50 guests, and the space was perfect. The entire process was seamless, the food was unbelievable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make the day special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend D’Amato’s for any special occasion!“

“The lettuce wraps were amazing 👏 🤩 😋. We got the lobster dumplings also, they were good but would be much better seared or fried so I wasn't much of a fan of them. And the spicy sesame chicken was amazing..... we wanted to try dessert but we were so full we almost rolled out of the restaurant. I will definitely be back. I had a great first experience!!!“

“On Friday, February 6, we went to Capitol Grille. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “Simply Good is a life saver. There are so many meal options, plus great add-ons, their house-made hummus is hands down the best I’ve ever had, not to mention the take and bake chocolate chip cookie. The beef stroganoff with noodles never misses, and the chicken piccata is truly to die for. Everything is delicious, nutritious, and so practical. It’s also my go-to gift for friends who just had babies or need a little extra love.“

“We had this location cater for our wedding afterglow on New Year’s Eve. Most other places were not open late enough for us given the holiday. We were also very worried about reliability on New Year’s Eve when we’re were selecting a vendor. When we called to inquire, the owner Sam spoke with me and assured me that our order would be no problem for them and that he would personally make sure that we were taken care of and even gave me his personal number. We made some last minute order additions that he took care of. We had close to 50 pizzas that were delivered and Sam and the team made it happen on time. I could not recommend enough. Thank you for reducing our stress on our special day!“

“My wife and Enjoy the customer service every time I hate I don’t remember our waitress name she was awesome, she knew the menu, she came over to us every time on time, she was great! This is my wife’s favorite she love the Ribeyes well done, Ocean Prime never miss with her stakes. That olive oil truffle popcorn should Be sold in stores, I never had popcorn this good ever and it’s to live for!!!“

“We first went to imperial in 2024 on our first visit to Detroit. As soon As we landed, we drove straight here for a meal that we knew would satisfy. The service is always fast and friendly ( ask your server for recommendations for food, drinks, activities they won’t steer you wrong). We opted for the taco of the week ( vegan chorizo and creamy), imperial Sonoran and tostada, as well as the nachos. We were all stuffed and happy. Shout out to Pricilla“

“Where do I even begin? The second we walked in the door, everyone was so wonderful! We took our twins out to celebrate their second birthday! Our waiter Nicholas was so kind and patient! He made sure our babies food was put in quickly and came out hot and fresh. (They were getting hangry. haha) Nicholas gave us some recommendations and they did not disappoint! 👏🏽 Everything we got was fresh, hot, and delicious, from the appetizer, to our meals, to the twins' meals. Even my mocktail was spot on! Their manager, Amanda, was who delivered our food. She was so sweet and cheerful!! She came back over later on to check on us and wish our babies a happy birthday! The entire restaurant was clean and well maintained. You can truly tell the staff enjoy their jobs. Nicholas and Amanda made sure we had a great first experience. My hubby and I have decided to come back, minus babies, and have a date night so we can further enjoy the extensive, and yummy looking, menu. 10/10 highly recommend.“
