“Based on the great reviews I decided to try this restaurant. I expected it to be pretty good...I was wrong. It was fantastic! I had the chicken & rice entrée, and it was better than I hoped. As close to perfection as it can get! The flavored rice, an abundance of delicious chicken, and the side sauces were wonderful as well. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and engaging. I am thrilled to have found this place, and I will return as often as I'm able!“

“I loved this place! Eveyone should come here! My family and I ate cheese burgers, a chicken shawarma, and a shish combo and taboula. The shish combo was amazing, the beef was very tender and had a lot of flavor, the chicken was also really good. The burger has good flavor and the chicken sandwich. “Took forever for this establishment to open but I'm happy it's finally open. Went up on the BOGO day and it was packed but they got everyone in and out in a timely manner. The employees were very helpful and nice. The establishment itself was clean, clear and organized. The Sandweeches were full of flavor! Can't wait to go back and try some more of they're products. Highly recommend if in the area!

“The cashiers are so friendly and helpful and the one that was working later in the day the one with long hair has great customer service I believe that he is still a young man working and has a future ahead of him The food was great and I highly recommended it.“

“Ate in the lounge and had fantastic service. Lovely wood smoke smell in the place. Tried 4 different red wine between my wife and I, all terrific. The small plates we tried were all excellent. My favorite was the whipped salted cod and my wife loved the maitake mushrooms. The mains were also great, the halibut was our favorite. The sherry for dessert was great.

Overall, a surprisingly good meal with fun and knowledgeable wait staff. Best meal I e had had in a good while.“

The staff were very kind and helpful, and you can sit and relax there as long as you want; nobody rushes you out. Its authentic Iraqi street food and cuisine.
We tried multiple dishes on this first time

All food is perfectly made , tastes amazing, and light. Place is very clean , presentation is appealing and clean the place is small but has a special character to reflect Darbunah (iraqi word for alley) that is old and authentic

Prices very reasonable, the food quality and portion sizes are great

The mixed plate is variety of finger food with fried tomatos

Makhlama eggs ground beef and sauteed vegies

Mumbar, was clean and light, but I prefer it with spices that the northern iraqi cuisine is famous for.

Kibda was amazing (liver with sauteed vegies and spices

Misabaha , yogurt eggplant chickpeas and spices

Bagela bil dihen , is dried fava beans slow cooked boiled, mixed with Khubuz (flat bread) soaked in the fava bean broth, then mixed with spices, topped with Iraqi style scrambled eggs and drizzled with hot gea

Kahi and geemer was our desert and geemar which is cream, was perfectly made , kahi is a version of croissant“
