I went with my girlfriend, who has been here, and the gentleman who took my order made sure to explain what kinds of burgers they serve, the cost of toppings and the sides. The food was beyond great. “The food was made fresh to order and everyone enjoyed their meal. The only issue we had was too much sauce on our pita sandwiches. If we are in the area again, we plan on eating here. The staff is very friendly.

“Prices went up a little bit, but you could still eat a lot of food for 20 bucks. It’s a great place to visit and get some good food.
Parking: I wish they brought back the cinnamon crispas from 25 years ago instead of the cinnamon crisps but I’ve been coming here for over 25 years. It’s a good spot.“

“My family and I showed up late but the employees were so kind and had us laughing and eating in no time at all. Lily was an absolute sweetheart!!! We were so impressed with her, my wife and I were talking about her the next morning over coffee! Thank you Lily and the whole Arby’s team for making a beautiful memory for my family! “Never have had an issue with this location. They always get my order exactly right, which i can't say others have, and even when they did make 1 mistake and forgot a burrito i ordered, they made it quickly and ran out to my truck to hand deliver it too me. Mind you, I'd just reached my truck and hopped in.“

“The staff was very friendly and very professional. And I got my food wickedly fast, which was awesome. Perfect 5 stars from me. The food was cooked perfectly. Will definitely return next time around.
Parking: Parking spots are not too big but not too small either. I was able to find a spot very easily.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurants like these are useally very kid friendly and have a good selection of food for kids.“

“Oh a Grand Haven classic.
Since I was 10 years old we'd swing by the beach and grab a beef and cheese burrito. We miss Butch, but love the crew that carries in his legacy.
Get the hot sauce, it's the best.
Really you can't go wrong, just keep a restroom nearby after if you have a certain response to hot spicy burritos like I do ? ? ? ? ?.
I think I lose 5 pounds when I eat here!

“Parking: There is a parking lot for Culver’s customers only behind the drive thru. It’s decently size, but can’t fit everyone. They have a few spots near the entrance that are handicapped and mobile pick. The entire parking lot is a mess though due to other business. It’s difficult to back out of the spots at the entrance due to cars zooming by.“

“A hour before they closed they still gave us everything we ordered and not like others places where they said sorry we're done making hush puppies just because we're closing in a hour which I think that is unacceptable!! So this is the place you would want to go if you want some good hot food even tho they closed in a hour and that's what I'm talking about!! You guys are AWESOME!!! ?????✨“

“So the only reason I'm giving them a four star is because my double stack taco was not cold but not hot could tell that it wasn't fresh but mind you this is at 1:00 in the morning and they may be closing soon I do believe so they will probably want to get rid of the food that he had made up this being a popular item I can see why it wasn't made fresh but still nuking it a little bit longer probably would have been better but I get it I've worked in all types of different industries anyways I'm getting long-winded here The overall service experience was amazing very very pleasant to order from didn't make me feel like a burden even though I had a bit of a difficult time almost ordered the wrong item and then realized it wasn't what I had intended and switched and had a couple of special requests which they met they did so wow remaining pleasant and kind which to me goes a long way I will definitely be back to this Taco Bell.“

“Placed an online order, picked it up and when I got home discovered 2 out of the 3 subs were made incorrectly even with the notes added right on the reciept. We go back up there and the manager Michelle A., helped us out and got them made correctly and quickly. She was very friendly, super nice to talk to and did a fantastic job! So thank you Michelle A., and when you stop in I hope you get the pleasure of chatting with her as well when she makes a wonderful sub!“

“It was great I haven't been in years but was in Muskegon for my wife's appointment and decided to have checkers it was the closest and I've always liked checkers/Rallys. Anyway we just drove threw instead of going up to the window we ordered two checkers cheeseburgers and added bacon and hot the strawberry cream slushie. Although we wanted to add fries at the window and we couldn't because they don't allow it I think simply because there drive thru ordering system is completely automated but even without the fries our burgers were amazing so was the strawberry cream slushie definitely well worth it. Cc ant beT the price for the quality of food and it didn't take horribly long either. So if ur near the heights n hungry stop n check out checkers!!

“I paid for the bacon double cheeseburger. And I did not get any bacon in my burger☹️. It was also SUPER greasy. It coated my mouth and the bun was kind of soggy. Fries were good, pretzel bites were good, and my malt was as well. Was just disappointed by the burger. For how much they cost, I was hoping they'd have gotten it right.“

“We normally go to the Popeyes on Apple in Muskegon which is ok but service has been nothing to truly brag about. We were in GH this evening and ordered from the GH location and let me say, that although they were insanely busy, they still gave top notch service and the food was better than it normally is at the other locations! They even made sure to pack it neatly and not just throw it in a bag in a rush! Keep up the awesome job! Looks like we will be going to the GH location from now on!!“

There are certain things that I've personally asked Sarah to say to me when I'm in a moment when I have high anxiety. Downtown Subway is a fantastic place to work very helpful very understanding. Sarah loves to help customers and every person that comes through her building. She goes above and beyond at all times.“
