“We for sure will be coming back to this location, very great service. We appreciated to see Ocean doing a great job training a new hire Jordan, who was doing fantastic! This type of team work and professionalism is great to see. Jordan made a great sub and took my allergy for dairy seriously. The gluten free bread is also amazing.

“Great food. Love the make your own options and the selection of options for wraps, bowls, and salads. While I miss the mushroom options thank you for introducing me to my love for sweet potato as both the wrap and bowl are delicious. Can’t wait to go back soon. The price point is good for a nutritious gluten free experience I love it. Also the rewards are great“

“Food is overpriced. Food is good, though stuff wasn't really helpful. It made many mistakes on cash. Register where I had to get the manager to refund 2 things. That I did not purchase for the most part. It was not bad, just expensive.“

I was very impressed with the friendly customer service. I called 10 mins before they closed and they took my order with pleasure, you don't find that kind of service anymore. Saved me from making dinner tonight, I was very satisfied, and food was awesome and fresh 😋 thank you! “I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. I thought that was a really cool thing to do and I thank Potbelly. Well done. A thankful customer, Bob G“
“I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“

“I've had Jersey Mike's a few times, but this was the first time at this location and it was amazing! The workers were quick, but not sloppy! It was so clean inside the building, I didn't go in the bathroom, I'm assuming they were clean too. The food was great, I loved it!!“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“We ordered for Christmas Eve at the subway in Clarkston Mi! The gal who took our order and made our order was just so nice! The subs were so good and a hit at my party! She had everything ready when we got there and was just super nice! I’m so bad for not remembering her name but she will make a great manager one day soon ! There are nice ppl out there and u can’t go wrong with Subways for parties!“

“I wish Subways were open a little later. I always walk in 30-45 minutes to close and they're mopping the floor and the chairs are stacked and I feel so bad for walking in close to closing. But, they always accommodate me and if my order is highly customized they'll try to charge me for a cheaper option.“

“Yo hear me out. I've been to this subway many times and I'm never upset with my sandwich. There's a bearded dude who says everything's better with shredded cheddar, and he's right. Plus he makes a fantastic sub.
This evening I stopped in and I was helped out by this cute brunette, she also makes an absolute banger sub. Even moving quickly she was spot on with everything. Thanks again for my excellent BMT.
