“Went through the drive thru. The lune went pretty quickly. I like this particular McDonald's, because the food is actually hot and good. Other McDonald's, their food is warm at best -- the cheese isn't even melted. But this McDonald's does a great job.“

“Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.) I typically order tea, though they have a nice selection of coffees and pastries as well. My only critique is that I wish they had more cozy, lounge-type seating, since right now they have mostly desks (although with plenty of outlets for online work). We've been here a few times already since they opened the Okemos location and will continue to visit often!“

“This coffee shop is one of my favorite stops whenever I’m back in my hometown visiting my parents. I make a point to stop in when I go for a visit, and when I have friends with me, I love bringing them along to experience it, too. They have a great variety of coffees and teas, plus a nice selection of lunch items. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes every visit even better. I also love that they showcase local artists, and I’ve even been lucky enough to drop in during a live Celtic band! And if I’m ever craving something fun, they even have bubble tea. Def recommend!“

I know some times the staff can be a bit grumpy but its only when they have a rush and are dealing with getting orders out and inconsiderate people asking them questions or yelling at them. “Anna‘s house rarely disappoints. I was impressed with the staff at this new location because we went during the snowstorm. They had multiple staff that called off and the few that were there were still kind, attentive, and delivered quick service. The place was full in spite of the storm. The food came out perfect, even though they were short staffed in the kitchen as well.“

“I'm in sales,on the road frequently. Today, I needed a place to do some computer work and was in the lobby for 2 hours doing computer work and observing the team while working.
All I have to say....... This team ROCKS! Friendly, helpful, professional! The food was HOT, fresh, and my oder was correct! They even politely delivered to my table! Best McDonalds I've been to in a LONG TIME!!! It made me smile watching this team work together, and perform during lunch rush!“
