I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“It is always a pleasure working with Mary to make the best sub ever! I am only in the area once every few months or so for work and I always stop at this Subway because of Mary. Mary knows what she is doing and she is always the sweetest. She even advises me on what options to get . Subway was my first job 8 or so years ago so the way the business runs has definitely changed but Mary makes me feel like I am trying a sub for the very first time each and every time I bite into one she has made for me. The veggies are always fresh, my meat and bread are always toasted and warmed to perfection, and Mary layers all of my options on beautifully. “Unlike other Subways nearby that close at 9 PM, this location stays open till 10 PM, which was very convenient for me. The staffs were efficient and friendly.I was surprised to see they had received some poor reviews on Google because my experience was excellent. Additionally, I appreciate that they don't charge extra for water cups and bags also providing all the utensils without asking for footlong cookies and salads.I'm giving them a five-star rating and highly recommend them!"

But, they always accommodate me and if my order is highly customized they'll try to charge me for a cheaper option.“

“I've been to many subways and this is by far the best one I have been to. The owner who is making the subs often remembered my exact sub after I only ordered it 2 times (and it is not a simple order)! The cleanliness is also unmatched, the owner always makes sure to close all the meat and veggies and has the entire prep station at least twice as clean as any other subway I've been to. If you frequent subway and are in the area I would even drive further to go here for the cleanliness, the customer service, and I mean c'mon he could make my sub without me saying a word.
