“I have been in the Schoolcraft shop couple of times. I have had the same person wait on me both times. I believe her name is Jacqueline, maybe Jackie. (I hope I have that right.) I don't know where she learned her people skills, but I was very, very impressed. Keep up the good work.“

“They got to order right, everybody was polite, there are napkins in the bag, and their service was speedy! The only negative is that the lettuce on my sandwich was all over in the rapper, so eating in the car was a little difficult without dropping lettuce (with dabs of mayo) everywhere.“

“We just had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was the best/easiest decision we made. The kids had a great time playing with all the toys. My son didn’t even want to stop to eat or open presents. The reservation included space for up to 10 kids and the associate working was AMAZING!! She was so helpful with anything we needed and was super friendly. We only had to bring minimal decorations and we were able to bring in our own food. I would definitely do another birthday party here.“

“Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.“

“Baristas are always helpful and kind! A friend and I went through the drive thru yesterday and when we got to the counter to pay, the barista told me it was on him. He had heard me saying I was having a terrible day and wanted to make my day with free coffee. It was so sweet & unexpected!“

“I really enjoyed their turkey bacon egg white muffin as well as the chai latte with almond milk. I forgot to ask for the almond milk and they were great and still fixed it for me (yes! it was right) I also love that they jave their calories on everything so I don't have to go searching the website or guessing what everything is. Nice change of pace!“

“The Baristas helped me make up a keto coffee recipe and even recommended drinks they drink that are keto as well which was really helpful. I've been bumming hard and missing going out for an ice coffee everyday. I had a hankering one morning and they really worked with me and were so helpful. They didn't rush me and took the time to compare ingredients and flavors. It felt good to be treated like I was at a mom and pop coffee shop at a big chain store.“
