“Just took my wife and her cousin out for a pre mother's day celebration and it was our first time there....highly recommended!!! Food? EXCELLENT! Service? EXCELLENT x2 ALI was our server and did an amazing job...brought out our food and drinks in a timely manner...was very attentive to our needs and very polite...the establishment is very clean as well which is always important. Will make a return visit again!...“

“This restaurant is consistently flooded with take-out orders all day and evening. We favor their Greek Salad and Deboned Chicken Platter. The food is as healthy and fresh as can be. We estimate that we have ordered from Alex Kabob around 50 times. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes to pick up because of the demand.“

“New menu was amazing. We had the potatoes, the scallops, burrata, and mushroom with shiitake dish. Burrata was hands down my favorite, thing. Perfect combination!! Highly recommend everything I got and the service was perfect, I mean like I finished my water and by the time my glass hit the table it was refilled. This was actually my second time, I’ve been before for a friends birthday and we had a different menu…..the pomegranate ribs were mouthwatering delicious. Not to mention the atmosphere inside, I personally love plants and that’s the first thing you notice when you walk in the door. Check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!“

“Visited from Toronto, Ontario and this place did not disappoint. Albaik Grill serves flavorful, authentic Middle Eastern food with huge portions. The mixed grill platter was delicious — juicy chicken, crispy falafel, fresh pita, and amazing hummus and garlic sauce.

The coney dogs didn’t stand a chance. Fries were so crunchy and delicious. While there, the folks sitting to the left of me ordered breakfast. The food was absolutely excellent from start to finish — the carrots and sweet potatoes were especially memorable (seriously, don’t skip them!). Every dish felt thoughtful, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor.

The staff is just as wonderful as the food — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. If you can, try to get a table by the kitchen. It adds such a fun, energetic vibe to the experience. And if you get a chance, say “hi” to Bella!

“I think this was my second time dining here, but Shish Kabob Express hasn’t disappointed me yet. It has a fairly basic but comfortable interior, and the staff is professional. Service seemed quick, and the food was quite good. I got the vegetarian combo, and it came with a lot of different items. The quality seemed decent, and the quantity was high. I ended up getting a second meal out of it. It’s a great option for meals.“

“I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

“We've eaten here a few times recently and every time has been delicious! We have loved everything we've tried so far. The complimentary spicy garlic sauce with the bread is so good. The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. Beautiful Yemeni outfits and jambiyas adorn the walls with decadence and flair that bring one’s presence to the motherland of the Middle East. Mashallah I felt like I had a small glimpse into heaven, joyful energy with families all around just enjoying the evening to the fullest. I had the Lamb Haneeth which really filled my taste buds with tantalizing flavors one can only describe as truly satisfying, invigorating, captivating, breathtaking, and utterly wonderful. To think there was an entire menu yet undiscovered I come to realize this was only the beginning of my adventures towards absolute joyfulness, happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment through exploring the decadence of Middle Eastern cuisine. “This place is pretty good they got good food good people pretty fast too. Just a good restaurant to eat at. The waitresses are very nice and the cooks are amazing. Not really a bad thing to say about this place I've been going here for years. I like the food there is a mix between Greek and American. “

“Olga's used to be one of our favorites but unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Our service or server was very slow tonight (sandwiches out before soup & salad) and we were never offered refills on our drinks. We asked for no tomatoes and they were on both sandwiches. The snackers are one of our favorite items and they were hard as a rock. Very disappointing...“

“Shawarma Taj has, by far, the best shawarma I’ve tried in Dearborn. I had the beef shawarma, and it was incredibly flavorful while still feeling light, which is not easy to find. The bread was perfect, fresh, and held everything together beautifully. Overall, it was a very good experience from start to finish. One small tip: don’t eat it in the car, because the dibs el rumman will drip. It’s a little messy, but honestly, it’s a delicious mess. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.“
