“Could've given 5 starts but two employees took away from perfection. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help you?".This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happened in numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review.Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.“

“I can say that this McD's is the best for the pricing of all the others. The food is served hot and fast. Above all, the Staff is always great team 💯. My a solute favorite! Remember that the busy times are 830am and lunchtime. A few minutes more is worth it☺️“

“Happy! These people are happy. They brighten your day. That's what makes this place unique.Small White Mocha skinny was good. Comparable to other coffee chains like Starbucks and Biggby. It has its slight difference, but not too much.Drive-thru only. No dine-in.

“Incredible fun for our 3 year-old. Sooooo many different toys. Tasty espresso drinks (and I'm picky). Priced well. Owner is an angel - I thought I'd have to yank my little man out during a really bad tantrum, and she was able to take him aside and calm him.“

“I moved out of Grand Rapids 10 years ago and have missed my seafoam from Sweetlands! imagine my surprise when I found out they will ship it! I just got my 2 lbs of seafoam today (1 milk chocolate. and 1 dark chocolate.) It came fast and in perfect condition and it tastes oh so good!!! The best!“

“I stop for coffee most mornings. They have good coffee at lightning fast speeds. Don't be discouraged if there are a few cars in line. It only takes about 1 minute per car. I also like they have decaf on tap if you want a decaf or half caf coffee. They also have oat and coconut milk available for your modern intestinal needs.
The doughnuts are as good as anywhere. The egg souflette bites are delicious and an excellent breakfast if you want some protein in the morning.
The staff is attentive and so fast. I don't know how they keep their energy up all day. Probably the delicious coffee.

“I mobile order here frequently and never have any issues. The staff are always super kind and welcoming. My drinks are always made correctly and in a timely manner. Parking can be an issue depending on time of day, but most of the time I am able to park my car and run in to grab my drink(s) without issue. Love having this quick option in GR!“

“This is my primary coffee stop - they are always fast and friendly. Even when busy the line moves quickly and they get the order correct. I've been coming here since it was built and do not have a single complaint (except for when semi trucks or work trucks part on the side road outside of it and block traffic, but that's not their fault!)“

“Their coffee is always a great way to start your day! If you like the taste of pumpkin, please try the Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte! It is so good, but not overpowering with pumpkin flavor. Crispy grilled cheese is a great choice in days you just feel like having comfort food. Cheese trio protein box is really good as well. Blueberry muffins are great, and also try the blueberry scones. Always happy when a place has PURIFIED bottled water.“
