“Could've given 5 starts but two employees took away from perfection. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help you?".This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happened in numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review.Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.“

“I want to give a special shout out to an amazing Manager. This morning at 10:40am (after breakfast was done) I rushed in to get some breakfast for my Grandfather that is on hospice. We were coming to visit him at home and get him food that he could eat. Thanks to an amazing person, she made him hotcakes, bacon, hash brown and threw in a apple pie. He was so happy he could eat a meal with us this morning. Thank you again for everything. Your truly one of a kind.“
“Incredible fun for our 3 year-old. Sooooo many different toys. Tasty espresso drinks (and I'm picky). Priced well. Owner is an angel - I thought I'd have to yank my little man out during a really bad tantrum, and she was able to take him aside and calm him.“

“Happy! These people are happy. They brighten your day. That's what makes this place unique.Small White Mocha skinny was good. Comparable to other coffee chains like Starbucks and Biggby. It has its slight difference, but not too much.Drive-thru only. No dine-in.

“This Hortons location Rocks! Exceptional service at drive thru or inside and food always hot. Bathrooms are clean and hot water ! Same group of workers for long time, so very little turn over! Owners and management must be doing something right!“

“I moved out of Grand Rapids 10 years ago and have missed my seafoam from Sweetlands! imagine my surprise when I found out they will ship it! I just got my 2 lbs of seafoam today (1 milk chocolate. and 1 dark chocolate.) It came fast and in perfect condition and it tastes oh so good!!! The best!“

“This is my primary coffee stop - they are always fast and friendly. Even when busy the line moves quickly and they get the order correct. I've been coming here since it was built and do not have a single complaint (except for when semi trucks or work trucks part on the side road outside of it and block traffic, but that's not their fault!)“

“If you’re in Sparta and haven’t been to Koffee Haus yet — run, don’t walk. Not only is the coffee amazing (their matcha, iced coffee, and lattes are always on point), but the people there make the experience truly special. Sierra, who runs the shop, is an absolute gem. Every time I walk in, she remembers me, makes me feel heard, and always brings such a kind, calming energy. Whether I’m having the best day or the worst, I somehow leave Koffee Haus feeling lighter. Also, they have gluten-free options, which I really appreciate since my cousin has celiac — it’s such a thoughtful touch most places overlook. This place has truly become part of my routine and my safe space — great drinks, kind people, and a whole lot of heart. 💛“
