“First time here to this little gem. The cook used to run an old local well known restaurant that had burned down but kept the food quality with them. Great soup selection and the sandwiches are not your typical sandwich. Great quality ingredients and the bread is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!“

“I have gotten carry out from here several times. The food is great! There is always only one employee and it's always the same guy. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen! He is always so friendly! All have to get his name next time so he gets the credit he deserves!Update so ordered carry out. Alex waited on us. My daughter is newly gluten free and they were out of gluten free buns. She was disappointed since this is a struggle to find items she can eat. He was so amazing and accommodated her by suggesting a steak and cheese made into a salad . Every single time I come in here he is just so friendly and positive. “I have 4 other Tubbys closer to my home but, I drive to the Waterford location because they're the BEST!! the staff is super cool they always have good attituides and they always make your sandwich the correct size no stiffing you on the meat! They make your sandwich exactly as ordered you must tip these guys because your sandwich will be AMAZING!!“

“As someone who works in hospitality industry you will find rare individuals such as Morgan on the night shift she was there by her self and from taking orders to cashing out the customers pacing herself to prep the orders and packing them all. All by herself. She deserve a raise and appreciation whoever owns this place you will not find employees like her to be composed under pressure and get the job done.“

“I was coming here weekly (have not been recently only because the subway app is not giving as generous of coupons). However, the owner is very nice and works hard, and his staff is good as well. They do what they need to do to ensure the food is good and service is above average.“

I ordered a large sub and a medium fry and had to take half of both home they were so large. Only complaint was nearly every table looked dirty like they hadn't been wiped down in a while.“

“It has always been clean every time I have been there. My subs have always tasted amazing. I love the Italian and the cajun chicken sandwich. Yum just writing this gets my craving going. “I just want to say that this was the first time I came to a Jersey Mike's, and I was not disappointed. It's a bit pricey I wouldn't eat there all the time or several times a week like I wish that I could because the sub in a tub is amazing, but I really enjoyed the young guys working behind the counter who were very friendly, smiled and they were really nice and genuinely kind. The only thing is there was only one girl working and they had her working off in the back and I didn't even know she was working there until she gave an order. You need more gals that girl was kicking butt man. However the food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the stores clean, it's a place I'll definitely be back to visit and I am so sorry that I added tomatoes and pickles after I had paid I didn't know it was extra and I felt really awful that the kind young man behind the counter didn't charge me so I apologize and next time I will pay it forward for sure but, I am so sorry about that“

“This location is one the best Jimmy John's in Metro Detroit. They always deliver my order on time. My order is always correct. My food is always well made. The delivery guys are always super nice and efficient. Kudos to the owner and the workers for always making my experience that much better. Because it makes my day that much better! “My boyfriend and I walked in maybe 20 minutes before they closed, which we hate doing but we were desperately craving Jersey Mike’s. They had one giant sub bun left (no biggie, it was PLENTY for us). The 3 guys behind the counter were very kind and cheery! “I've had delivery from this location 3 times so far. I happened to look out the window at tonight's delivery and saw something that made me smile. The delivery driver actually ran up my driveway, put the delivery where I asked, double checked the address, and gave a double thumbs up. I double thumbs up you, sir! Thank you for bringing me delicious veggie sandwiches!I even got one sandwich for free with the app thing so I have lunch for tomorrow too.
