“Friendly service and good food!“

“Very disappointed! For the first time I placed an order online for a delivery at this restaurant. I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items. Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. A few hours later, I called again and left another message. So, since Tuesday, I am still waiting for a call back. I don't expect a reimbursement at this point, but a simple call back and an apology, would be nice! I would not recommend, or will I ever order from them again!“

Accompanied by the fresh, warm baguettes, it is hard to pass up. Skip the appetizer of scallops; they are delicious but the rest of that plate is meh. Order the fillet mignon and the short ribs entrees. Ladies Night (Monday / Wednesday) with reduced wine and dessert prices is worth the trip.“

The service was wonderful; the cashier was so kind and friendly (I am terrible remembering names but she said she used to be a teacher for many years). The place was very clean and we were very impressed with the quality of the take out menu. The food was fantastic! I bought the Salmon Lovers Combo and even my husband who isn't a big fan of sushi (especially raw sushi) greatly enjoyed the Sunshine Roll. I normally don't eat wasabi a lot since it's so overpowering, but I imagine their wasabi is house made because it was creamy and smooth. I am SOOOO sad there is not a Fuji Sushi closer to me. Would love to stop by regularly.“

(vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! “Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. “I started out taking only Azilect, then Mirapex,and then dopamine for my Parkinson disease, as the disease progressed they didn’t help much. One month into the treatment, I made a significant recovery, my symptoms were gone including tremors . It's been months since I completed the treatment, I am symptom free and I live a very productive life all thanks to Aknni herbs centre !!!“

“I am from Massachusetts so I have never had your food before. Placed an order earlier in the afternoon for a kids meal and a side of meatballs. Unfortunately the meatballs were not ready so I left without them. The pesto pasta kids meal was outstanding - so when it came time to order dinner I went back. The same gentleman who took my first order - remembered me and asked if I still wanted the meatballs - I almost didn't get them - but I am so glad I did! Some of the best meatballs and sauce I have ever eaten. I'll now be on the lookout to visit your other locations if there are any where I travel. What a terrific experience and a great way to end my visit! Maybe one day one of your places will open in Massachusetts - what a wonderful day that will be.“

“With my wife being out of town, I was flying solo for dinner. She left me a gift card for Olive Garden that I decided to use.\n\nI went early (5:00 PM) to avoid the usual dinner crowd. I was greeted at the door by three friendly, smiling faces. While at the table, I was given a menu and saw that they still had the soup/salad and breadsticks on their menu. That is what I ordered. The minestrone soup was equally as good as what my wife makes at home. We visited People’s Organic and were delighted with the experience. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the service was excellent.

I especially want to highlight the work of manager Paola, who did an outstanding job. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly stood out. She made us feel well taken care of at all times, showing kindness, organization, and professionalism.

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

I’m sure our present hard economic times are to blame for the less-than-perfect review that Joy always earned. I was disappointed but not enough to not return. I’m sad it’s no longer the true Joy’s. Food is still very good albeit with many changes, and the menu is uncomfortably non-substitutable. Rigid. A single diner simply cannot order the fried egg rolls because the order provides four, no half orders allowed. In most restaurants, even a full order of two is often offered by the half. Tea is served via a pot or cup; as a single, I ordered just the cup, but it was cold, and I did want a little more (if it had been hot). Servers are minimal but very personable; attentive and well-intentioned. This was difficult for me to write; I have treasured Joy's for many years. I will return but likely sparingly given the changes and new high cost.“
