“Very disappointed! For the first time I placed an order online for a delivery at this restaurant. I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items. Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. A few hours later, I called again and left another message. So, since Tuesday, I am still waiting for a call back. I don't expect a reimbursement at this point, but a simple call back and an apology, would be nice! I would not recommend, or will I ever order from them again!“

“We had a delightful dining experience on Christmas Eve. The service was exceptional, which made the evening even more special. We were pleasantly surprised by an amuse-bouche that was complimentary, accompanied by plenty of fresh baguettes that was such a nice touch! I ordered the French onion soup, which was unfortunately served cold. However, once I brought it to our server's attention, she promptly resolved the issue by replacing it with a properly heated bowl. The sea bass was excellent, perfectly cooked and flavorful, while the scallops were equally impressive. One minor disappointment was the escargot; although they were served without shells and had a nice texture, they lacked a bit of flavor. Despite this, the dish was still enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return for another meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience!“

“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! And definitely filling!! Honestly, I probably should not have eaten whole thing lol.Thanks for doing it right!!!“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. I’m sure our present hard economic times are to blame for the less-than-perfect review that Joy always earned. I was disappointed but not enough to not return. I’m sad it’s no longer the true Joy’s. Food is still very good albeit with many changes, and the menu is uncomfortably non-substitutable. Rigid. A single diner simply cannot order the fried egg rolls because the order provides four, no half orders allowed. In most restaurants, even a full order of two is often offered by the half. Tea is served via a pot or cup; as a single, I ordered just the cup, but it was cold, and I did want a little more (if it had been hot). Servers are minimal but very personable; attentive and well-intentioned. This was difficult for me to write; I have treasured Joy's for many years. I will return but likely sparingly given the changes and new high cost.“

The space was effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where you linger a little longer, and the staff—guided by an attentive general manager—made it feel as if our table was the only one that mattered. We shared the Nordic Crêpe, bursting with savory flavor, and the Bonne Maman—French for good mother and as sweet as its name. I sipped an Iced Strawberry Matcha that was so pretty it felt like wearing pearls before noon. Everything was délicieux, the kind of food you want to both savor slowly and order again immediately. We almost ordered a third crêpe but stopped ourselves, deciding instead to save that moment for another day… with our daughter at the table.
