Waited 20mins before getting someone to take just our drink order and it was the bartender from inside not even our server that noticed we were still sitting there with nothing. Then barley good service once our waiter did finally come. We all could have had another drink but never could since we werent asked till after we were done with food. Food was actually really good and good portions for the price. But the service ruined it. I can't recommend this place and don't know if we will back. Plenty of other places with good food that actually have good service.“

“We had a wedding reception dinner here last Saturday and I would highly recommend it. Mike was so helpful the last month answering all my questions and getting everything I needed to make our night perfect. Everyone was ranting and raving on how good the food was! Our bartender Kyle C. was awesome! He was busing tables and serving drinks like a champ. He even found me the last Busch light in the bar and saved it for me. Our night could have not been more perfect thanks to the hard working staff here. Best of all it worked great with our budget! “Culver's is fast food. Its not like McDonald's. Whats different is they do have different salads to choose from I think 3 kinds. They serve chili and other soups. Sometimes chicken noodle . They have chicken strips kids meals with a free scoop of ice cream. They have grilled cheese sandwiches. They have pretzel bites and onion rings They have custard icecream chocolate or vanilla. And different sundae dishes. My sons enjoys eating at Culver's. And my adult son with autism likes me to get his meals there. When he works at dollar tree as being a cashier thier. And works long hours on Sunday. I usually run there to get him and his boss lunch. And his co workers jump in with the boss and my son. So then I had a big food order to pick up for all the workers at dollar tree and they enjoyed having thier lunch break. Its Quick to get a meal if you order on line. Its reasonable price. It can cost alot if you order alot of food and getting drinks or shakes and custard Icecream. But if you feel like it's too much for your budget. The value meals cost more. But as a parent. I would order the kids meal for myself to save money. The food is good. But I wouldn't eat it everyday. Because then you would get tired of the same foods. But the service is good. Plenty of parking. And you can eat inside or take the order to go. Thank you. I hope this helps.“

“Honestly our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived early and were offered complimentary Prosecco while we waited. A small thing, but a nice touch. Old fashioned was a 10. “What a wonderful brunch for the price point! We would have loved a bit more hospitality when it came to our service, very cut and dry, but we did get everything we needed. Food was wonderful but the staff was having a bit of difficulty keeping the buffet chafers full with all of the options on the buffet. We made 4+ trips up just so we could taste the variety of options without missing anything we had our eye on. The oysters and prime rib were an amazing addition to the buffet for the $32 price. All in all we had a fun Sunday at Fletchies!“

“I stopped in for lunch today. Molly was my server. She was super friendly and always seemed to be wearing a smile. I ordered the Turkey BLT WITH Fries and a Mr Pibb. The fries came out hot and fresh. The bread freshly toasted. The Turkey on my BLT was tender and juicy and the bacon added the perfect hint of smoke... like a BLT should. I was very pleased I stopped in. I hear they have some great game-day specials as well. Stop by and check them out.“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. So when I realized, I called them and rushed over. The manager was this Latino fella. When I explained my stupid mistake to him, he had his team re-make my order fresh!

“I have been working in the area for a couple of years and didn't know about this place until I found it by accident today. I ordered the special Turkey Pita, sandwich of the day and a burger and fries for my husband. The food was hot, and fresh and the fries were deliciously crispy. I also ordered a side of 'special sauce', because I love to dip things, and it did not disappoint. We decided to enjoy our food outside on the back patio and it was absolutely divine. Imagine a upper patio veranda surrounded by trees and flowers, birds singing above and lovely natural shade all around. I didn't want to leave. The grounds are surrounded by rose bushes and the fragrance from them was captivating. It was an oasis in the middle of my busy work day and I can not wait to go back there and try some of the other options on the menu. I am sharing food pics. Don't mind my husband's burger, he eats them upside down!
PS. I am a sales manager for the beautiful Hampton Inn in Minnetonka, I am excited to recommend this tasty cafe to my corporate groups!!“
