“😁Went here for the first time on Tuesday (4 March, 2025) for a training meeting with my new boss. Went a few hours early so I could get settled, and try the coffee and food. This is my new favorite coffee place!! The food is soooooooo good (I had the cheddar broccoli soup and the Turkey Pesto sandwich). Then I had a couple Cherry Italian Sodas, and before I left I grabbed a white cafe mocha with raspberry. OMG YUM! Not only is the food wonderful, the baristas are perfectly splendid!!!!! Shout out to Layla (sp?) for being super awesome. They made my whole day! I cannot wait to take my husband here on Sunday for our date day!“

“Such a cute cafe! Nice atmosphere. Fun to get the dumplings and a coffee. I had a cafe miel, vegetable dumplings and a doughnut. Good spot for a chat with a friend or to do some heads down work. I recommend parking on a side street vs. on central due to the traffic.
I particularly enjoyed the wall of notes and Polaroid pictures in the entry.“

“My favorite Caribou location in the entire metro. The staff are excellent and friendly, and we haven't had any dairy contamination in years!

Vegetarian options: Allmost all the drinks are vegetarian but not vegan. Any drink with chocolate is not vegan. Very few of the sandwiches are vegetarian and none of them are vegan.

Dietary restrictions: All the drinks can be made with an alternative milk option for those with dairy allergies. However none of the chocolate is dairy free.

Cross contamination is very possible, but unlikely.

“The two people working at the time were great -- very pleasant and professional. I was greeted right away with a smile and asked if I had an account, which I did.

The shop was very quiet -- I must've come at time in the afternoon there is a lull, because it's usually pretty busy, but not too busy. I definitely felt I was getting their full attention!

“Drinks from here are great a sweet treat that I enjoy. I wish they carried the same bakery items as the other caribou's. I like the blueberry cream Danish and they don't have that here. Ditch the dry ass raspberry scone and get the Danish! 😂 Great service fairly quick this location does get super busy at peak times.“

“Starbucks made a big wrong move opening next to Caribou. Specially, the one in Lino Lakes that one is the most premium Caribou I have ever been to. They’re always busy lines of cars to the drive-through. Also, Caribou knows how to hire quality beautiful women compared to Starbucks The people at Caribou move like they took a 10 shot espresso but with a smile wow I love going to Caribou plus it always looks slow every time I pass Starbucks to go to Caribou“

“I particularly appreciated the low level background music. Sometimes coffee shops are playing loud music which interferes with patron conversations.
And if course the coffee was great and Caribou free coffee refills are a nice bonus.“

“Not sure what her name was. But I was so impressed. My wife not feeling well wanted a hot tea. This young lady suggested the hot raspberry hibiscus tea. Excellent choice and brownie points for me. And I ordered the Ho Ho Mocha. She was awesome pleasant and smiled and gave suck a great service at 6 o’clock at night. Thanks again!!“

“I tried the new Eggs Benedict Sandwich and as a whole I really liked it but, in my own opinion (just my own opinion), the sauce on the sandwich could use a bit of review to make it closer to the hollandaise sauce. It wasn't as close to the actual thing as I was personally expecting but maybe there's reasons why. Definitely worth the try though 100%.“

“Staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. I asked a lot of questions since I'm new to the area and had not tried Caribou Coffee before. The drink was made exactly to my specifications and was very good.
Apple cinnamon pastries are delicious. I took an extra one home with me. Eggs benedict sandwich was okay but less flavorful than expected. The store was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.“

“Scooters Coffee is amazing and their staff offers great customer service with a smile on their face. Their drive-thru is a great concept because even on busy days, you are thru the line in 3-5 minutes.

Bonus Tip: Order thru the Scooters Coffee app before you arrive and all you need to do is state your name at the speaker and "scoot around" to pick up your coffee order.“

I would like to see a plant based sweetner available (stevia, monk fruit) rather than the artificial sweeteners available.

“It’s a chill place to get boba and sweet deserts. I underestimated it at first but I was proven wrong. Customer service was nice and chill and the food were really good. I have a pic of the drink I got but it’s dark so it’s not a good quality pic.

Parking: Parking is standard. Nothing crazy but it’s good.

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is cute and friendly so kids won’t be scared.“

“This location is large and has a number of spread out seating areas. You can find a place to have a bit of privacy. It even has a type of a meeting room directly in the back. Plenty of attached parking. It was tidy and had friendly staff and well maintained restrooms.

“I really like this Caribou, which I have used for remote work recently. The staff is nice and they have mint tea and other non-coffee options which I like (too late in day for coffee). I just wish the food options were wider, including for customers who need to keep gluten-free. Also, the restrooms could be cleaner. Thanks.“

“Great for antisocial socials as you barely need to interact with the restaurant folk! Order and pay with the tablet, and pick up your food from the counter. It's cafeteria-style with plenty of seating. Really adored the vibes of this place. Very homey! The food was good, but on the expensive side for banh mi. Look to spend $25+ per person if you're getting a sandwich, a side and a drink.“

“The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the older woman at the register was very kind and patient with all of the patrons. She helped me pick out the Christmas blend coffee pods that I had not tried in the past but absolutely love. “People were extremely friendly even when swamped with a sudden rush of people and a very disgruntled customer swearing at them (I don't know exactly what happened, and didn't realize until the customer was almost out the door anyway, just realized it was odd that she was talking to a few employees during a rush after the storm off). They heard her out and kept trying to de-escalate whatever the issue was. No one deserves to be sworn at and belittled in their place of work. The "one star review" threat from the disgruntled customer seemed like a good reason to clarify that people/employees were lovely!“

“I always love Caribou. We stopped here to refresh after a few hours of Christmas shopping at the Maplewood mall. Man, that takes a toll.

We had simple iced almond milk lattes that were delicious and replenishing. We sat at a table to get off our feet before driving home. It was a pleasant experience.“

“I love the convenience of having a caribou in the office and the the employees are super friendly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they just upped the cost of an espresso shot from $0.86 to $1.72...seems a little excessive to more than double the price.“
