“This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom.

“My wife and I had a late lunch on Tuesday at the Maple Grove Olive Garden. Our waiter’s name was Shine. I talked to Derrick, the general manager regarding how well cooked the chicken was on my meal. It was cooked properly and was still very tender and juicy. The manager was very nice to talk too and explained how their cooks are trained well and use a temperature probe to always assure that the chicken is cooked to the correct temp. My wife and I had a great lunch, in fact brought food home for dinner too. Great general manager and Shine is a great waiter. Overall experience was fantastic, well done Olive Garden!“

The original restaurant I ordered pizzas from did not deliver within 1 hour delay I called Marcos and they had 10 beautiful delicious pizzas delivered to my home in 25 minutes they literally saved my party! HOWEVER upon calling back when I did get the app operational yet it would not take the special pricing, the gal helping me said ‘NO PROBLEM’ I can do this over the phone . When the price for her came up similar , I decided to cancel the order . It was a drive anyway. Then she asked me to hold on. She did say the special was for only one per person - bummer I was seeing someone and was going to get theirs . Then she said no worries, with all the hassle we will give you the bowl at regular price and just not charge for the meat. It’s a win/win so I said yes. I came for pickup . It was ready. I also had a bday Rice Krispie which I look forward to every year - lots of marshmallow! Much to my pleasant surprise , when I got to my destination and opened the bag, both my original meals were there 🤔😁🙏🙏. On the cover it said ‘enjoy, we made an extra ‘. Before I could get inside, the bee won and stung me and the salad bowl went flying on the ground unfortunately. No fault of the establishment but I had to leave immediately.
