We usually stop by weekly at other stores nearer to our home, but we happened to be in Plymouth today and enjoyed the cordial staff, fun music and vibes in the store, and the delicious protein bowls we had. The girls were sweet and put our other to-go yacht bowls in the fridge while we ate in the store so they would not melt. A great experience - thank you!“

Seating was quick and prompt through the reservation system on a very busy Sunday morning, the manager checked at our table to make sure our dining experience was good, the food was fresh and hot. “I haven’t been but someone recently got me a Boston cream donut form here and half to say it was the best Boston cream filled donut Ive had. The cream was perfection. Boston cream tends to be too watery and not custardy enough. This was great though. It was perfect thickness and it had strong vanilla flavor with the signature custard taste. The donut itself was solid and it had the right amount of chocolate frosting. Would recommend!!“

“Our first time here. Our server was amazing and the food came out fast and was good. Our only complaint was how rude and condescending one of the hostess was. Sydney was extremely rude multiple times to me and my mom. I was more upset of how she talked to my mom. Her name was Sydney and we were not the only one she was rude to. It was a shame since the rest of our time was a 10/10.“

The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. I can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu and absorb the vibes here, whether it’s while working, meeting a friend, or just hanging out. I’m so glad to have them here in Uptown. Thank you Mosaic! I’m gonna be biking this way more!“

We've tried almost every roll they have now and our favorites include the number 9 and the spicy girl rolls. We also had kids birthday cake from here this year and it was worth it. They nailed Blueberry cake with blueberry whipped cream. Cake had real blueberries and tasted like good blueberry cake. We gave inspiration pic for train themed cake and they nailed that too with details.

And the atmosphere was just fun. And I do like that. There were all types of people welcome here. That made everyone feel included. When we were there, they were young and old, gay and straight, and everybody in between all getting along, enjoying delicious coffee and ice cream.“

Noisy dining room and loud music often seems to suit the employees not the customers. I only go during off hours when it’s not so noisy. If I were cynical I’d think it’s purposefully noisy to keep guests moving.“
